We walked around the park which borders Ostego Lake. We saw deer running around and sat by the lake. Relaxing.

Good access, clean area, well-landscaped. During Fall Foliage time it was a wonderful surprise find. Relaxing time just enjoying God's beauty!

You will enjoy this relaxing tour boat ride -- CLEAN boat, beautiful lake and surroundings. The captain tells about the lake and the area, but doesn't talk too much, just enough to answer a few of the questions you might be having. It's a decent price for the area.

If you're looking for a short easy hike you'll find it here. There was wildlife, deer, chipmunks. Just a nice excursion from all the baseball.

Everytime we go to C'town, I insist that we go to Glimmerglass. You pay an entrance fee of $7 per car. You can truly spend the entire day at the park. I recommend packing a picnic lunch. If it's warm, then bring your bathing suit and take advantage of the beach, lake and snack bar. You can also go hiking... More
