we stayed at Lake Front Motel located right on Otsego Lake. this area is known as Blackbird Bay.took the tour boat on lake and then drove completely around lake to enjoy the view. include a stop at Glimmerglass State Park when doing this.

Beautiful place to drink a glass of wine and stare out to the lake. I could live there in the summer.

A quiet little park with plenty of grass and seating in a scenic, historic residential area. You can catch the Glimmerglass Queen and tour the lake nearby or just sit and admire the Indian warrior sculpture. A good place to go to relax.

The lake was very pretty and clean. All of Cooperstown was lovely and friendly. There are some beach areas for the public. Also access from our hotel (Lake View Motel)

Saw many people enjoying themselves and homes overlooking the lake (those lucky homeowners). If we had an extra day, we would definitely like to experience what the lake has to offer.

Wow! What a beautiful lake in upstate New York. Worth a visit if you are in Cooperstown. There are so many places to enjoy this lake if you are staying at the hotel on the edge of the lake, boating or getting some golf in. This is a beautiful lake!

Very pretty scenery. Lake is clean and a number of places to swim, sail and kayak. The boat tour is nice but not too much information or history of the area

We hired a pontoon boat for an hour. Hilarious fun with a bunch of teenagers. Faster than you think!

Boat rides relaxing and beautiful scenery. Food and drinks at Otsego Hotel were awsome and fire pit bar overlooking lake was great.

Want to go back in time? Visit Cooperstown! Even though there is baseball trivia and souveniers all over town, you still get the feel of going back in time. We were lucky enough to watch a ballgame in progress at the Doubleday Field, and listening to the sounds in the tiny stadium was so nice.
