After 4 years we have returned to Woodbury Premium Outlets with a lot of expectations. The atmosphere as changed with the arrival of a plethora of Chinese tourists, who are impolite, rude and arrogant..It is a common subject of conversation in restaurants and with the locals. Also we have noticed that high end designer stores had a very limited stock... More

Spent a day here during a recent trip to New York, it is well worth the day trip out of the city. Catching the bus is really easy from the Port Authority nearby Times Square. Great range of shops and really great discounts. Just wish they had built it as an indoor mall as it was VERY chilly the day... More

If you know what you are looking for and have money to spend then this outlet is great. We went on a day trip here whilst staying in New York City to hunt out some bargains. Although not all shops offer great discounts most are slightly cheaper than normal. We had a good look at the map and plotted our... More

This outlet center has mostly upscale outlets - Kate Spade, Coach, Michael Kors etc. Bring a good pair of walking shoes as the outlets are scattered throughout the center. Best to get there when the outlets open as parking is hard to come by later in the day. The food court is limited and very crowded, especially on the weekends.

We've been to several of the Premium Outlet Malls in the USA and Woodbury Common is relatively small compared to others. It still has a good variety of shops, be sure to visit the Visitor Center to pick up a coupon book when you arrive. There are also coupons on the premium outlet mall website so have a look there... I'm a bargain shopper who only buy clothes three times per year. With two college girls and a toddler I need to be frugal. Woodbury outlet is reasonable but wear sneakers. It's a lot of walking. If you're coming from the city like me it's best to stay overnight. Ladies!!!! One day will not do. Even when my favorite store(... More

Woodbury has a great selection of high quality brands, like Tom Ford, Cuccinelli, Tods, Dolce & Gabanna, plus some mainstream brands like Nike, Coach. Prices are on average 50-60% less than in Canada. Location is convenient, about an hour north of NYC and about 7 hours drive from Toronto. Parking is large but very busy so remember where you left... If you love shopping, you're going to enjoy this place. There are tons and tons of stores and great discounts. We've been here at least five times and it's always a good experience. I personnally am not a big shopper, but there are plenty of benches to sit on while waiting for your shopaholic relatives.
