We participated in a cooking class while in the area for a long weekend with friends. The facility is wonderful and the instructors were knowledgeable and helpful. We made a delicious meal with a salad, three entrees and sides, and a dessert. We would definitely take another class the next time we're in the area!

We have visited many times and we really enjoy it every time. Great wine tasting and they have beer and rum tasting too. We've only done the wine tasting and we hope to continue to visit and do the beer soon. Good prices. I would recommend them to add cheese tasting and some chairs for seating.

This is our second visit to this facility. Our first visit was several years ago when we attend a 3 day cooking class. The hands on kitchen was fantastic. This time we let someone else do the cooking. The offering was comfort foods paired with wines from Standing Stone Winery - one of New York States better family owned vineyards.... More

We have not had much luck in signing up for classes at this time of year. Last November we tried to get into a class after the Innkeeper at the B&B we were staying at suggested it, but with only 2 days notice the classes were full. This year we tried to organize it in advance of our trip, but... More

Slow going from start to finish and there wasn't a crowd. The food was okay, but it lacked freshness, crispness, and flavor. Trout salad was limp, bread was cold, and the paired wine was unimpressive. Our waiter seemed bored and uninterested. We've been to this spot before with similar results. We won't be going again. Note: I would try a... More

It wasn’t special but it was very good. The service was good, the woman that waited on us was personable and friendly. The food was not as creative as I would have thought for a culinary center but we had no complaints.

stopped by on a dreary Saturday. beautiful building and decorated with great art. Kitchen store and many classrooms for cooks . ok wine tasting list and some spirits too. Upstairs restaurant open for dinner and menu looked enticing albeit pricey. Nice walk to the waterfront nearby. Nice touch to a great little town.

Every aspect of the NY Wine and Culinary Center displays superb quality. I consider the presentation and taste of food to be at the very top of the scale. I have been particularly impressed with highly trained and refined public relation skills of the employees. When I wish to share my enthusiasm for the Canandaigua restaurant scene, this is far... My husband and I attended the farmers market class and had a great time! We met at the market, got $10 to spend on whatever we wanted and then we planned a meal using the amazing pantry at the culinary center. We cannot wait to attend another class. It was a beautiful experience:)

We had brunch here on Saturday afternoon. They don't do lunch on Saturdays so be aware of that. The food was good and drinks were well priced. Would have preferred a lunch menu which was the only down side.
