Trying to come up with unique team building events can sometimes be challenging year in and year out. We took a chance and had the NYWCC host our annual Kick-off meeting. Our event revolved around the Hands On Kitchen offering where all 24 of us worked in teams to prepare our meal. There was a terrific chef who guided us... More

Went for wine tastings, which were great (though the wine and water glasses were not all cleaned), will be back for classes!

After our lunch at the Upstairs Bistro (reviewed under that) we checked out the wine tasting and the gift shop. The wines that are served for tasting are most of the ones on the menu up at the Bistro. The gift shop had a lot of unique things and we got a 10% discount on our purchases as we had... More

Everyone was friendly and courteous. We did wonder where the hostess was in the beginning because my wife and I waited at the top of the stairs for quite some time before she showed up to seat us. Food was delicious and the deserts were better. Had a very nice wine and beer selection as well. Nice time. Would love... More

First the wine tasting. It was fabulous. Basically there is a list of 6 or 7 wines ranging from dry to sweet, you pick what list you want and then off that list you pick 5 that you want to taste. Be aware, they give you A LOT to try (like almost a full wine glass) and there's 5 of... More

My husband and I took a cooking class together and had a fantastic time. Learned new cooking techniques and the chef was very helpful. Met great people from around the country.

We participated in a cooking class while in the area for a long weekend with friends. The facility is wonderful and the instructors were knowledgeable and helpful. We made a delicious meal with a salad, three entrees and sides, and a dessert. We would definitely take another class the next time we're in the area!

We have visited many times and we really enjoy it every time. Great wine tasting and they have beer and rum tasting too. We've only done the wine tasting and we hope to continue to visit and do the beer soon. Good prices. I would recommend them to add cheese tasting and some chairs for seating.

This is our second visit to this facility. Our first visit was several years ago when we attend a 3 day cooking class. The hands on kitchen was fantastic. This time we let someone else do the cooking. The offering was comfort foods paired with wines from Standing Stone Winery - one of New York States better family owned vineyards.... More

We have not had much luck in signing up for classes at this time of year. Last November we tried to get into a class after the Innkeeper at the B&B we were staying at suggested it, but with only 2 days notice the classes were full. This year we tried to organize it in advance of our trip, but... More
