The wine and culinary center is a unique place and is beautifully done. Terrific gift shop. A tasting room in which you can taste wine, beer, AND spirits, which is rare in my experience. They offer wonderful cooking classes, both hands-on and observation, both of which include yummy food and beverage pairings, and these are fairly priced. The restaurant offers... More

Great date night cooking with chocolate and chili's. Our chief was entertaining and helpful during our event. Took the time to walk us through prep and walked around offering tips on how to make our dishes our own.

This place is beautiful on the inside. We had a couple of wine and beer tastings and our server was attentive and very friendly. I wish I could remember his name as his supervisor should be aware of this professional young man. Can wait to visit again...and stay for lunch.

Lots going on here with classes, Bar and Bistro. Four of us had dinner at the Bistro upstairs and had a really great meal in a relatively formal atmosphere. We tried most of the small plates and even ordered a couple of them twice. The rabbit loin, beats and brussel sprouts were all great. The room was wood paneled giving... More

Who knew you could go to a Culinary Center for some really good Comedy! We heard about it from some friends and we had a great time. The ticket price included a nice buffet and the show consisted of three comedians, with the 1st and 2nd guys just as funny as the 3rd headliner. The room it was in was... More

We had a great time "Cooking With Wine." The recipes were easy and turned out very professional. The chefs were helpful and friendly. We all had a good time together and our meals were excellent.

we did the pizza making course with instructor chris. very basic class but it was a lot of fun! You make a basic dough and sauce (everything is premeasured, you just need to know how to mix it) then you are taught how to cut of vegetables, and thats it. Bake the pizza and eat it.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon, we were greeted right away and given a table by a window, with a beautiful view of Canandaigua lake. The beer and wine selection is very good, many are New York produced (as you would hope there would be!) and the drink prices are not overly marked-up as... More

My husband agreed to participate in a "Hands On" cooking class. We had such a great time. The head chef was very entertaining yet educational. During this class you work at an island that consists of 4 cooking areas, each station making a different recipe. We made the Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. The chef provides an overview of all the recipes,... More

We did not eat here...we only did the Wine Tastings, which we thought were VERY good! You can order all White Wines, all Reds, or a mix of both, including the famous Ice Wines that NY is known for. We got the Red Wine Flight, which was $7 for 6 nice size samples, plus we tasted the Ice wine (delish!)... More
