Enjoyed the Bronx Zoo and saw some animals I have never seen before. Some of the exhibits were very well done and nice to see. The bird avery was quite nice for a exhibit that most pass by. The price was really good and I would enjoy going back, but...... I'm used to zoo's where one price covers it all,... More

We went on a Monday and it was not crowded at all, plus it was super easy to get there on the #2 subway. The docents were really knowledgeable, there were healthful food options in the café – plus it was very, very clean. Buy the more expensive ticket to see all of the attractions. My child really enjoyed the... More

First time to the zoo. I had a really good time. I took the subway and it is a very easy walk to the entrance. I was a little disoriented leaving the subway stop but there are signs posted which made it easier. The zoo is spread out so bring good walking shoes and drink plenty of water. Spring and... More

This zoo is huge! Still the largest I've been to and will never get tired of it. Bring the whole family and prepare to spend many hours here.

The Bronx Zoo is still and always has been one of my favorite places to visit in all of NYC. Its clean, well organized and always amazing. The baboons were having so much fun and hung out right by the glass, playing with all the kids and posing for photo ops. The seals were also very playful and vocal. We... More

I've been visiting the Bronx Zoo for 60 years -- and it never gets old! There's so much to see, and so much room to walk around, that it can't all be done in one day. It's a good idea to look at the zoo map when you first come in, and choose the exhibits you'd most like to visit.... More

You truly cannot go wrong with the Bronx Zoo. The animals are obviously amazing, and it's great to see that they look very well taken care of and stimulated. The zoo is quite big and spread out (and the grounds are incredibly well maintained and very beautiful), but easy to navigate, and there are little shuttles you can take if... More
