I visit Otsiningo Park many times per week (year round) to take a walk on the nearly 6 miles of paved flat walking trails. The park meanders along the Chenango river near Binghamton NY and there is a main portion of the park that is accessible from Bevier street in Binghamton, but don't just stay in the southern section. The... More

I was the only person in the park last Sunday when the Wind Chill Equivalent Temperature was -30 Fahrenheit but the sidewalks were plowed and salted and I had an exhilarating experience (I usually have good runs here even when the weather is more conducive for it).

This is a lovely 2.5 mile walk in the city center, no matter what the temperature. I miss it very much.

Nice, paved walking/running paths which pass under the trees & down by the river. Lots of parking. Good restrooms. Has picnic tables & playground for children as well as an outdoor volleyball court.

Great place to practice soccer or play a game with friends. Has and excellent kids jungle gym and swings. The only bad thing is sometimes there's garbage laying around.

The park is beautiful and a great place to walk but I had to give up because the sidewalk is literally covered in Canadian Goose crap. It's not worth the aggravation.

This is a big park and perfect for walking near the river. There are plenty of flat spaces for playing frisbee or soccer. They also have volleyball nets and a playground for kids.

The location is wonderful, very accessible from nearby neighborhoods. The park is great for kids. But if you're trying to use the walking paths, they are often covered in feces. They also don't enforce the no smoking rule. But it's still a very nice park.

The playground here was perfect for our trio of 9-year olds and they had some equipment I'd never seen before. There's a trail that goes around the park which was scenic and made me forget that I was getting quite the workout. Just be careful because there's a lot of goose poop around. The bathrooms were clean - not great,... More

If you're looking for a place for a 3 to 5 mile walk or bike (or more if you want to do some loops,) this is it. Paved paths circle a pond (watch out for goose poop…..they tried to drive them away but Canada geese know a good thing when they see it too) then edge the Chenango River, through... More
