Fun Night of Baseball

Baseball team is not doing very well this season, but it is still a great place for baseball. KId friendly and reasonable food at the concesstion stands.

We love baseball and visiting parks we haven't been too so a stop at Dwyer Stadium for a Muckdogs game was on our vacation must do list. As minor league parks go this facility is probably in our bottom 25% of parks visited. The parking is very convenient with easy access into and out of the ballpark. The team staff... More

We go here to watch the Muckdog games. We usually like to get peanuts to eat along with a soda. You HAVE to have peanuts when watching a baseball game. Their food is good along with the service.

look, this is one of the last bastions of true smalltown minor league ball, in an affectionately rattletrap stadium and we love it, just love it... but management HAS to exercise some control over youngsters running through the noisy stands, and the concessions leave a l o t to be desired... $3.50 for a hot dog? ... please, Scranton charges... The stadium and the quality of the field really deserve a 3/5 (when compared with similar size stadiums of milb)... The field needs more attention and the stadium needs some TLC (fresh paint, new fence protectors, better sound system, etc.)... But for the show the Muckdogs put on, for the great local crowd, for the low price of the tickets... More

A great experience to enjoy minor league baseball in the NY Penn league; we felt the fans were great, and General Admission seats enabled us to sit less than 20 feet from the field.

the good news is that the reprieves seem to continue for this classic little ballpark...word is that somebody will be transferred out of the league to the wilds of Morgantown, WVA, for 2015, and Batavia was on the short list, but for the moment it seems more likely that the axe will fall in Jamestown... nonetheless, do not delay visiting...
