This is an amazing MUST DO program. Gansbaai is the shark paradise and we take around 2,5 hour from Cape Town. There´s a good breakfast while sunrises and then, we get some instructions and go to water. After some miles off-shore, we reach the "point" and within 3/4 minutes we can see the first sharks!! They are amazing!! I really... More

We made a reservation with White Shark Projects but they booked us with Shark Diving Unlimited. The boat was overcrowded so that not everyone could sit down and the water was rough. The wet suits were shabby and there weren't enough boots for everyone. There wasn't much interaction between the guides and the participants, no information given about the sharks... More

I travelled very far for this. Shark cage diving was going to be the highlight of my trip. Initially I wanted to book with another company in simons town but all trips were redirected to Gansbaii. I just happened to get booked with this company. If you really want to do this, try to find a company that offers scuba... More

Do NOT use. VERY unreliable. Wanted to go on a Whale Watching Cruise with them. We were staying in Cape Town so it would be 1.5 hours driving. Booked for a Friday. They said they would call the day before. Never did. We called then said to wait an hour for the weather report, then they would call. never did.... More

I think this experience sounds better than it actually is. The suits and booties were old, smelly, and worn out. I am a licensed PADI diver so I know about equipment. The breakfast and lunch were marginal. I was in the first group who got in the water and I am glad I was, because we only saw one shark... More

We stayed the night with friends in Hermanus Bay, then set off early to be at the office for 0730. Othere's were collected by the operator from Cape town and arrived late. We had a briefing and boarded the boat, where there was a scramble to get into the damp Ill fitting wet suits, smelling of the last users urine!... More

What could have been an amazing experience was marred by the fact that half the boat got sick enough to provide the chum! Knowing I was likely to get sick, I took three doses of medication prior to going out, yet I was still one of the many horribly affected by the huge swells. We saw many great whites, but... More

Professional company, no complaints there. Free food before and After. We saw MANY sharks, but there's no real adrenaline and it's hard to see underwater even with mask. Plus, they chum the waters constantly, so you get nasty fish guts in your mouth. Also beware seasickness, it took out half of my friends.

This was one of the best experiences of my life. The whole trip was amazing! The team we had that brought us out was fantastic. You have no idea how amazing and exciting it is to be face to face with a Great White. I wish we were able to go out for a second trip before we left beautiful... More
