Pleasant weather and a day of horse racing!

Nice track! Enjoyable day! Box seats felt like you were right on finish line. Just didn't choose the right horses.

Visited the Down's several times this month. Didn't visit Turf or Jockey Club as the cost seemed a little steep. Rented the counter seat for $15 in order to have a place to write/pick horses. Everyone at this facility is very courteous and friendly. Many people bring their own snacks and no one checks bags. Kids having fun running around... More

We took our kids & grandkids to the horse races and we all had a great time. Weather was beautiful, great seating & wide variety of food & drinks. Can't wait to go again.

Fun way to spend an afternoon. We enjoy picking horses as a family, snacking from the concession stand, and taking in the mountain views.

Great way to spend an afternoon with family and friends. Kids have a great time watching the horses and adults do so as well. There is an area in front that is free but no seating. Or you can get a seat in the stands for as little as $15. Kids love to pick their favorite horse and then watch... More

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and stayed for 4 races. Our family had a good time but the facilities are really outdated. The staff were very friendly. The only free seating is in full sun which presents a problem with fair skinned kids! We have been to other tracks, such as OKC, which were far superior.

Fun way to spend a day! I always enjoy the horse races for at least one day of our getaways from TX to NM! Friendly, helpful staff, gorgeous horses & usually cool mountain air. Good food and a wonderful buffet for lunch.

We booked the Turf Club which provides seating at tables and wait staff. It was $20. each and we thought well worth it. The food is pretty good, too. Don't expect luxury! The valet parking is $7 and makes for an easy visit.

Had a blast going with my friends for our first time watching horse-racing. Went on a Friday and was a decent crowd, supposedly bigger crowds on Saturday races.
