We enjoyed the sleigh ride through the upper canyon on Christmas Eve. Our guides were so nice and knew what they were doing. It was fun and cozy...they include blankets. The only thing I wish is that they would have had us sing carols during the ride. I think it would have been even more special and I know the... More

I went with my children to the Grindstone Stables and we had an awesome time. My youngest (9 years old) was able to ride his own horse. They helped him and thought him how to ride the horse. The scenery was breathtaking. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I do recommend that you call and leave a message if... More

We rode the sleigh ride at night! So beautiful! People were really friendly! It is cold so dress like you are going to play in the snow! There are two different sleighs and we got the smaller one which was perfect for us and our party! Take your kids of all ages!

This was a very nice horse driven "sleigh" ride (hidden wheels) for our family! They had sleigh bells jingling, beautiful draft horses, very friendly guides and some nicely decorated NM homes to see. It was cold and they provide blankets which is very welcome. They were even closing and let us go on the last ride even though we hadn't... More

We were very excited about going here. The guides did a great job, and we're very nice. We will definitely be going back. The horses were very gentle and my 3yr old daughter enjoyed them very much. I would happily recommend this place to anyone interested.

10/31/15 From the time we arrived staff was friendly. Our guides were Olga and Diego. Olga was towards the middle and back with us, she was very personable and knowledgeable. You can tell she enjoys what she does. It was m y daughters first time riding, she is 13 and she loved it.

I took my husband, who is not much of a horse lover, and he really enjoyed it! The guides are knowledgeable, the horses are safe and the views are gorgeous. A great way to see the scenery if you don't have time for an all day hike.

We had never been horseback riding before and really enjoyed our experience. My kids were so excited it was all they could talk about! Our guides were a lot of fun and very pleasant. I appreciated their patience with us! My one and only suggestion would be to allow time at the top of the mountain to dismount to take... More
