I walked into the Pecos Flavors Winery lured by the attraction of a gourmet meal. I ended up talking to Dale for the better part of three hours. We popped by Pecos after reading the reviews here. And all is true, Dale is one of those characters that entertains you from start to finish, the tasting is great fun. We found this place by accident and I am so glad we spent an hour or so here. Dale (who I think owns it) is a wonderful, friendly and interesting character.
