Always fun. Our youngest son, even though he's 18 now, STILL loves to go to this park, popularly called by the locals "Peppermint Park." The animals they have are so fun to watch. Great fun for kids -- and parents!

Not bad small free zoo. Not a lot there but nice free trip. It has pic nic spot. Worth a stop if you have some time.

This zoo in Roswell is a joke. Filthy decrepit and run down. However the saddest part of all was the state of the bear enclosure. One small piece of wood and some dirty green brown water. The poor long suffering bears walk backwards and forwards over the same 20 square foot area over and over again. They are suffering and... More

I don't know how other reviewers could give this zoo a 5 rating. While it is free, attached to a nice park and duck pond, the zoo itself is so miserably maintained that I felt sorry for the animals. The only employees we saw were the ones at the lone snack bar and the two men trying to fix the... More

A free zoo and a beautiful park, all in one. It is quite a suprise to find a place like this and for free. They have a variety of southwestern animals. You can watch the ground hogs running and playing, bald eagles and Buffaloes are a few of the exhibits. They have a good sized playground and a fishing pond... More

This is a very nice little zoo and gives you a place to stroll among animals and free range peacocks. There is a carousel and train for children, as well as picnic areas and playground equipment. Lots of shady places!

It has a top rated Disc golf course and the best horseshoe pits in the state. Waterfalls, waterways, it has it all. the City parks 7... More

This is a small zoo but it is very well kept and is Free. It's a nice walk and the animals are taken care of well. There is a train ride and carousel for only $.25 cents each. The kids love it! I went to this zoo regularly as a child and my kids love to go as well.
