This museum is OK. We expected a little bit more, but we were still happy we went, and crossed it off our list of alien research museums throughout the world. There was a little bit too much reading, and not enough artifacts. But we still had a nice time. It’s also great for kids since there’s occasionally a mini alien... More

If you are going to Roswell, you need to visit the UFO Museum at least once. We took in a video about the crash, browsed the displays, and took advantage of a few photo ops. We had a good time here.

If you like history, Aliens, unique facts, stories, and even mummy of an Alien, this is it. It was raining, so in I went. Amazing! The story begins where it all started, with the of the earliest examples I've only heard of. They have one of a kind information, a working UFO shop, with unique information on each case and... A very thorough presentation of the Roswell event and associated global UFO phenomenons. Well done! We picked up a book in the gift shop (UFO Crash at Roswell II by Donald Schmitt) in order to read the historical documents that are presented. Definitely worth an hour or two, but plan on spending more time if you'd like to watch all... More

Just had to see this. I've heard about Roswell and the space aliens for years. The have assembled a vast amount of info. We even had the luck to sit thru a one hour lecture from a guy who has been into this for over 50 years. It is only a couple of bucks to get in. I think the... More

The museum covers what happened in Roswell in 1947. It also covers other situations, such as UFO sightings, and the first reported alien abduction. The majority of the museum is newspaper clippings, with some cool displays as well. Take the time to read the new clippings, or you could probably do a google search and read them online. Interesting place... More

Lots of historic documentation via audio, paper clippings and pictures. You can spend as little or as much time as you like. There was a film to watch but I personally did not stay for that. Interesting imaginative props throughout.

This museum is why you go to Roswell. No one would have ever heard of Roswell if it were not for the crash of 'something' here. This museum lays out the entire case from start to finish. Was it a UFO? It was definitely unidentified and the attempt (by the government) to portray the locals as having seen a weather... More

Very interesting museum and worth the visit. Allow yourself a couple of hours and if possible go early as there is a video show in the morning on the issue.

Thought this would just be a funny thing to do since we were in Roswell, but this is a very nice museum. Take time to read the documents and displays and not just take photos of the aliens. Insightful and intriguing. I especially liked all the old newspaper articles and statements from area folks at that time.
