We go every 4th of July weekend for the Alien festival. The museum itself is small but has a nice alien landing setup. Something you should see at least once.

Glad I went as it was a fun stop. Roswell is a nice town and I loved the alien "street" theme which surrounds the museum. The museum itself was interesting but has only a little "wow" factor. Much more fun than the "Real" Space Museum in Alamogordo. After visiting and museum and surrounding areas I think I know more about... More

If you have been interested in and heard about the Roswell Incident than this Museum is a great place to visit. They have a good amount of information on the incident and about UFO's in general. The gift shop has a reasonable amount of items for sale. Well worth the stop if your interested in these things.

Hmm. Roswell looked very old to me. The museum wasn't much to write about either, however, there were a couple of good photo ops with alien statues. We bought a tshirt across the street and there was an antiques shop where we stopped in and made a purchase. Also, don't forget the McDonald's in the shape of an alien ship,... More

Very cheesy! Not worth the money. My pre-teen seemed to enjoy it. I expected more seeing as though the alien thing is Roswell's claim to fame. Something to do to say "I did that!" and kill an hour or so. There is some nice artwork displayed.

I heard it used to be free to enter, but when I went there, I had to pay $5. If you have 1 hour, it should be enough since the museum is not that big. There is enough information on UFOs but if you already know about them or have watched TV a lot, you wouldn't be surprised.

How could you go to or through (as in my case, on the way to Carlsbad Caverns) Roswell and not stop off to see and hear what made the town famous! This is pretty much what you would expect- nothing fancy, but a lot of information. It is put together well and just might have convinced me that aliens did... More

The whole town has adopted a UFO theme, so the museum is a must see. Not too expensive and fun way to spend an hour.
