The UFO Museum is not very big so you can walk around the whole place within an hour. They had several movies that can be viewed at different times if you want to be there all day. There is no debate that "something" did happen in Roswell, NM in July 1947 and the UFO Museum gives you a good snap-shot... More

As has been noted, there are lots of newspaper clippings detailing the Roswell UFO incident. There are also affidavits from witnesses or relatives of witnesses. You have to want to read about this stuff or you might get bored. There are also a few fun displays to take your picture with. Some aliens and their flying saucer, the robot from... More

SO much fun, just visited with my boyfriend for our one year anniversary trip as part of our road trip to Ruidoso and great self toured museum! Had a blast reading and seeing pictures! I truly believe!!!! Gift shop is ok, there are more shops to look around for stuff. I will say the alien head movement tripped me out... More

Unimpressive. I felt like I was in a warehouse. Unless you are intrigued by all of the UFO history, I'd spend my time at the Anderson Museum for Contemporary Art.

Don't listen to the negative reviewers saying it was bad because it was too serious and they just wanted a laugh. McDonald's has an alien themed soft play area for that. This museum is for the people who are serious about discovering, uncovering and finding out the truth about the Roswell incident. The museum was cheap and inside there is... More

Pros: Inexpensive attraction ($5.00 per ticket). Friendly staff. Cons: A lot of reading; the walls are filled with newspaper articles, testimonials, and court documents of the UFO events that occurred in Roswell. Although there are some Alien props that kids may find interesting, the amount of documents may be overwhelming for children; they may get bored with reading the documents.... More

The best part was the gift shop! There were a lot of articles to read and the print in many was small and old making it difficult.

Admission is $4.00 and it is an inexpensive way to pass several hours. It is, as you would expect, kinda hokey but.....we had a good time.

The staff was very friendly. The price was good for what the museum is. It was fun walking around and reading all of the different approaches to if aliens had landed here or not.
