On a recent outing to Taos, the girls dropped us off at the Taos Golf course. we were walk-ins from out-of-town and saw that it was a "open" to non-country club members. Open to public play... yes... Welcoming and encouraging to walkins, I don't think so. the gentleman at the proshop was just plain rude and arrogant we obviously were... More

Nice desert course, excellent condition. Beautiful views. Only complaint was that the cart hoe shut it down at 5pm with plenty of folks still on the course. Will okay again. Twilight rate very affordable

Attended a party at the Country Club. Beautiful setting; great food; and looks like a pretty challenging golf course!

Whoever the male employee that was on duty during twilight play to close 7.1.14 needs some serious remedial training in customer service. His demeanor and cavalier attitude almost made us walk out of the door. That being said, this is an "okay course" with spectacular views. Calling it a country club is a stretch, I.E. no paved cart paths. Fairways... More

They use recycled water from the nearby sewage plant, and maybe that partly explains the lushness of the fairways and greens, which are invariably nice. The course winds its way through sagebrush, which may not sound appealing, but lends... More

Loved playing this course and the views were beautiful. Ate at the clubhouse and had a great overall experience. Treated well as a visitor by all staff.

If you want a six hour round this is your place. No marshals to fix it. They allowed the locals to hold up the entire course. Also they pair you with people, you pay great money to be paired with people you do not wish to meet or have to play golf with. Went here to enjoy my girlfriend and... More
