Deemed sacred by Native Americans of Northern New Mexico, our legendary waters have been soothing body, mind and spirit naturally for centuries. Ojo is the only hot springs in the world with 4 unique, sulfer-free mineral waters. The resort is historic, yet modern and fresh with eclectic charm in a relaxed and tranquil environment. The full-service spa offers a wide array of restorative treatments including nurturing massage and hydrating face and body treatments. Don’t miss a soak in a private outdoor pool by fire at night or in the seasonal, detoxifying mud pool. We offer an unpretentious and uncomplicated atmosphere with a variety of lodging accommodations including enchanting suites, charming cottages, the historic hotel and private homes. All lodging includes access to all mineral pools every day of your visit. The Artesian Restaurant provides a casual dining experience and charming atmosphere. Our chef blends local flavors with global cuisine. Creative dishes include Green Chile Crusted Salmon, homemade pasta, and Ribeye. Lighter fare is available in the Wine Bar & Lounge. Yoga classes are offered 7 days a week. Ojo is nestled in a valley on 1,100 acres and is adjacent to thousands of acres of hiking and mountain biking trails. We suggest that you make reservations for spa treatments, private outdoor pools and dinner before you arrive. « less

It was Labor Day weekend when a friend & I visited. It was very busy thus we were not able to get an apt for anything. However the mineral baths and mud treatment for the $30 day pass was so worth it!! I cant wait to return!

A quick drive from Taos you have the option of a day pass ($18) or packaged spa, hotel, treatments if you wish to stay overnight. Some short little hikes to accompany the 11 mineral pools. The mud bath is the MOST fun. Our B&B Host in Taos recommended at least 3 layers of mud as you goop up and relax,... More

We spent about half a day at Ojo Caliente and had a fantastic time! This was not our first hot springs adventure, but it was at the top of the list. In addition to the usual varied temperature and mineral pools, this one had a mud pool. That was one of the best experiences. We covered ourselves with mud, sat... More

What a great weekday trip out of Santa Fe!! Went with some family members and we all had a good time! The teenagers and grandparent waded in and relaxed by the mineral pools while the 40-somethings enjoyed the hiking trails around the resort. Then we had a delicious lunch in the restaurant. (Dress is casual, but you might need to... More

My wife and I had stayed in Sante Fe for a few days and then found out about this spa/resort about 45 minutes' drive north. They had room available - small but cozy & clean with kitchette - so we stayed for 2 nights. Our room gave us access to a private pool which was very relaxing; a good view... More

I stayed at Ojo in the middle of august with my 2 children (14, 17). We stayed in the Plaza suites. The room was nicely decorated and had all the amenities. I felt the bathroom and the room itself were small in relation to the price we paid per night ($302 includes tax). The mineral pools were great and we... More

We originally tried to book a weekend get-a-way, but they were full. So we stopped by for a day pass on Saturday... It was enjoyable, a little of soaking in the 7 different mineral springs was to much for us. I'm now glad we weren't able to book the weekend.. It's out in the middle of no-where and only one... Just spent a day at Ojo Caliente Spa and Mineral Springs. Took my daughter and 14 year old granddaughter for their first visit. It was a hit with both of them. My daughter said her massage was the best she'd ever had. My granddaughter and I enjoyed the mudbaths! My massgae and "scrub" were awesome. Love the quietness(except for the... More

Today I visited this lovely location about an hours drive from Santa Fe. I called in advance to book a 'Deep Tissue' massage as I'd had a very long trip to get to America and needed a serious massage. Sadly I got a very mild standard massage despite asking masseur to be as strong as possible. For $110 I was... More

The healing waters are totally amazing and the reflexology treatment was deeply relaxing. However, the information given for a first time visitor was way lacking when one definitely needs to arrive early for check-in -- and the trip from Santa Fe takes longer than the hour suggested on the site. So we were late to our private herbal soak, which... More
