New Mexico's largest vineyard. Tasting room at this location is cozy and intimate with an array of gourment snacks and treats for sale. Not a bunch of elitist wine snobs, but fun and casual with knowledeable, helpful staff. Share a tasting @ $6 for 6 wines. A wide variety of wines to satisfy every palate at very, very reasonable prices. Try Sweet Temptations - Voluptuous. Jug wines are excellent and impossible to tell from the bottlings. Entertainment on the patio summer weekends. Bistro locations in Albuquerque, Las Cruces and Farmington, New Mexico. Food is terrific.

Every time we drive through southern New Mexico, we try to time our travels to allow us to stop and enjoy the huge selection of wines they have at St. Clair. They bottle under 3 labels - St. Clair, Blue Teal, and DH Lescombes. All three are very good, and generally bottle prices range from $10 to $20. Tastings are... More

We buy serious wines here every year and also some fun wines such as the Limeritia. The have a large selection of everything from drys to sweets and everything in between. The folks there are very accommodating in a number of ways, even letting my wife and a friend come back the next day to paint scenes on their property.

Well it was a breath of fresh air to see LJ (Laura) again she should be the official representative for SCW with her amazing attitude. I have heard about the new manager and the negative vibes she has given the place and i definetly felt it while I was there any time this little Hitler walked into the tasting room.... More

Whether you are traveling on I-10 or live in the area, St. Clair Winery and tasting room is a must. The wines are award winning, and the tasting room is filled with all sorts of edible treasures. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. You can also purchase or take a half gallon container and get it filled with dry or... More

A good variety of local wines are available for tasting and purchase. A variety of other items are also available. It's worth a stop if you're in the area.

I was completely shocked that New Mexico had such an amazing winery. We stopped for a break in our trip last year and thought we would try a few for fun. The girl who helped us goes by the initials LJ and is spectacular! We left with 6 bottles and shipped 2 cases to our house on her suggestion. She... More

I drink wine virtually every day of my life. And I live in Arizona, which has twenty or more wineries, so I know that some excellent wines can be made in seemingly-improbable places. So, on a brief trip to Deming I wanted to see what St. Clair Winery---billed as New Mexico's largest winery---had to offer. I came away impressed with... More

We have enjoyed St Clair wines for years and were very excited to visit the winery in Deming. Megan was so nice and we really enjoyed the wines we tasted and the ones Megan recommended. Also, Megan recommended a great place for lunch in Deming! It was a wonderful break from the I-10 rat race. Highly recommend to anyone wanting... More

A bit of a challenge to locate but worth the trouble. We were greeted by a knowable hostess and sales person who really knew the wines. After tasting a number of wines we purchased four different ones to take with. Tasting fee was waived which was pleasing. They also operate some free standing restaurants in this part of New Mexico... More
