As we booked the private tour on such short notice, the tour was quoted quite over-price and honestly if it was 1/3 cheaper, then it was worth it (after the trip, we checked around and found out that the rates we paid was quite high). We went reef-snorkeling and it was fun and beautiful. Join a group tour, it will... More

Prior to visiting Phu Quoc, I had read up on snorkeling tours and read the many reviews here on Tripadvisor and had in mind to check out John's Island Tours upon arrival. I was pleasantly delighted to find that they have a shop just outside the night market and within minutes of speaking to the staff, I signed up for... More

We spent a few days on Phu Quoc so decided to go out snorkeling. Reception recommended Johns Tours so booked a day tour going up to the north of the island. Zoom, our guide picked us up at our hotel and took us to Duong Dong to board our boat. It was was nothing flash but it was functional and... More

We did the Phu Quoc South Island day tour for USD $17 which included a full day of fishing, snorkelling the islands, buffet lunch & finishing at the stunning Sai Beach. We had a such wonderful day & were surprised by how good the snorkelling was - beautiful coral, amazing octopus, schools of fish! Can't beat it for a whole... More

My 15 year old son and I booked on the Adventure "Day and Night" cruise. Our guide Fook was full of fun and information. Trip started with an informative stop off at the Aussie Pearl Farm. A short boat ride to one of the nearby island for about an hours snorkeling over nice coral. A nice lunch back on board... More

I fashion myself to be a pretty smart and adventurous traveler. This time I failed completely. Our family of five (mom, dad, 25,23, and 17 year old kids) thought we would take a relaxing evening aboard a sunset cruise. The setting sun was beautiful. The boat left the dock, did not go out very far, and then ancored. The sun was... More

We did the 'Snorkelling & Fishing to the North' trip. The whole day was brilliant from start to finish. The local staff were friendly and entertaining. Snorkelling equipment was provided and the coral reefs were seriously impressive. The lunch on board was plentiful and delicious and a vegetarian option is provided for those who require it. After lunch we headed... More

The main man on our tour was Fook, he had great English and made the whole thing very enjoyable. One of the reasons we looked into the tour in the first place was that they were going to pick us up from our beach resort in the north of the island and drop us down in Duong Dong as part... More

We spent all day all day snorkeling, eating and sunbathing for only 17USD/PP. Included in the price was 1 big bottle of water, lunch an a very helpful guide. What could you expect more for this little amount of money? The tour is highly recommended and yes, the pearl farm at the beginning of the trip was not nice, however... More

I had only 2 days in PhuQoc, and I wanted to do snorkeling before leaving. I chosed the South islands snorkeling 1-day tour. OrganIzation was perfect : pick-up on time, good food, good snorkeling equipment. We could do snorkeling in 2 locations (1h in each). The fishing was also a fun part (some people managed to catch fish..). At the... More
