Having visited a fair share of park/woodland areas in other countries, this fell rather short. Our guide was underwhelming, but even so, our family would have preferred to spend the time at the beach and skipped the drive up there. Plenty more to do on Phu Quoc, so if time is short, go into town, enjoy the wonderfully warm water,... More

the forest is beautiful but the path quite unclean with a lot of beer cans. A pity, it could be a very nice spot.

We traveled with three children. Our guide took us into the forest and left us there to trek. We were wearing flip-flops so we were worried at first. But the path we were on was wide and clean so we had no problems and continued. We saw a young monkey and later it's mother. We climbed on the vines. Three... More

We had a driver that took us to the outside of the park and we went for a walk on our own. It is interesting to see and a nice trip away from the town. We saw squirrels and a monkey. It is worth the trip.

Full of promise and lots of stories.. We did a day trek in the jungle with Jerry and did not bump into any cobras or man-sized lizards. It was great fun though and we did see a beautiful owl and a giant multi-coloured squirrel. I think an earlier start would have produced more wildlife but a fantastic trip for a... More

The forrest is nice, but the ground is filled up with garbage. Boxes from food and snacks, beverages, cigarettes, plastic bags.. and a lot of it.

If you travel to Phu Quoc, don’t forget to visit Phu Quoc National Park! This is a featuring jungle with a wide variety of plant and animal. There are many rare animals and plants. Let’s try to climb Nui Chua to view the vast, immense sight. this would be a great feeling!

We went through the national park in a jeep. Roads terrible but the walk into "the jungle" was amazing. No good if you don't like large creepy crawl use

In the north of Phu Quoc you can drive through the beautiful National Park with the moped. We walked a couple of km in before turning around, there doesn't seem to be an end point. if you are not fluent in the road or acquaintances here it is best to hire a "Xe Om" Visit June, 2014
