For the price it was very average. There was no water in the pool which was one of the main reasons we came. The staff were good. But I would not bother coming here

My 5 and 7 yo girls loved this place. They wanted to go everyday. The highlight for them was fishing for a fish and then getting to bring the fish back to the hotel. Highlight for us was being able to leave them for an hour so we could enjoy a quiet lunch nearby. The kids both had an armband... More

My 2 year old daughter had a good afternoon here, needing to have some active play after being dragged around the shops a bit too much. It is a large complex, with a lot for kids of all ages to do. The equipment is a little faded, but very clean and maintained adequately. I would have rated it higher if... More

We visited there with our young daughter June 2014. We were very excited after reading many good reviews but were left a little disappointed. While inside is fairly well kept, it is not air conditioned so small children running around soon tire with the heat. We decided to head outside to the water play to cool her off. We found... More

A little trip here is always great to keep your kids happy. The staff are always keen to walk around with your small children and keep them entertained. Lots of fun for most ages

After an initial run around inside, my 7 year old was already overheating -- the staff seemed unwilling to turn on the A/C for just a few customers, so it was boiling hot. Outside is an aging but somewhat fun splash pool with slides (look out for the algae growing at the bottoms) and at least a respite from the... More

A depressing, awful place. Uninterested staff, no aircon, hot and dirty, nothing. Just about anything is a better choice for children in Bali. Anything. Avoid entirely.

After being told it was air conditioned, and arriving and paying to get in quickly realised air conditioning was only a dream, it was extremely hot inside, so hot it wasn't enjoyable and we only stayed for about an hour. If it was a/c it would have been great, he indoor play area was huge and well constructed, our 2yo... More

We cam 6 months ago and the kids had a blast. We didn't like parts of it like the fishing area but the kids enjoyed the whole place. Now, coming in January, it is like a sauna inside. The air con is completely inadequate. The pool looks dirty and dangerous and the fishing area is empty (I'm not unhappy about... More
