We visited Mont Rochelle on a whim, and managed to arrange a picnic basket by calling ahead an hour in advance. Didn't stay here but went twice for lovely end-of day drinks. You don't see the sun setting but you see the colours on the mountains, the clouds forming over the mountains and the amazing gardens. A great place to see the sun set. There is an inside and just outside (it is under cover) bar area. The staff are most welcoming even though we only have had drinks with them on two seperate holidays. It is a beautiful place. More
