Much to see and much to do for the whole family, especially and unfortunately compared to NYC boardwalks (Coney Island and Rockaway)

There were plenty of shops and attractions for kids. Definitely not cheap, but not terrible either. Plenty of food, treats, and ice cream. Very crowded, but lines did not seem that bad. After a long day at the beach, it is a good way to spend the evening.

There is tons of fun stuff to do here. You can ride roller coasters or kiddie rides without having to buy a full day pass. We love playing in the arcades, they have more prizes to choose from then you will know what to do with. The slot machines are the best ones to play for tokens. The shops arent... More

I find it hard to really make statements on this location. Being a Jersey resident all my life I have seen the "shore" town's boardwalks go up and down. It offers rides and entertainment and they even have some off season events which is good for all.

I've been coming here for a few years every Sept. for the NJ State Firemen's Convention. It's off-season, but the boardwalk is still hoppin' and many of the stores offer discounts on the clothing.. some you can even haggle with. Most of the rides are still open as well, but be warned, bring money... lots of it if you're going... More

It is so much fun! We take the tram car from Montiego Bay Hotel to the end and then walk back. We hit all the piers and get our full of the rides. I like the idea of the credit type cards they use now. Plus did you know you can get a pass for the tram, and save money?... More

Wonderful beach vacations every time here although it can't rival its southern counterparts. Quite similar to Atl. City but more family- oriented. Many amusements & rides on the piers and numerous eating possibilities. Hard-to-beat french fries. you haven't had them until you try some of the many different ones offered. An enjoyable experience for any age bracket. Great time but... More

First time in Wildwood and obviously, the Boardwalk is the main attraction besides the beach. Well I know people hate the repetitive and cheesy t-shirt shops that line the boardwalk. And the greasy food and the tram car but hey, this is the boardwalk....not Rodeo Drive! We walked the boardwalk every night and we had a great time people watching,... More

The sights and sounds and smells of the classic boardwalk. The rides are endless and so much to do from the beach to arcades to putt putt. Watch for the tram car please will become a lifelong inside joke to your family. This place is awesome and you will male a lifetime of memories here.
