Boardwalk is huge and has many different shops, games, rides, etc. I grew up going to Wildwood for 2 weeks every summer and we were never bored.

Loved this Boardwalk...it had lots of things to do, was well maintained and clean. Spent way too much money there! To be expected but had so much fun. Wish I had been there early enough to see the beach but evening was cooled down and very pleasant walking along. Lots of food vendors, good ice cream, nice people. Definitely hope... More

It was quiet, the weather was beautiful and we walked and walked. Some of the shops were open but some were closed for the season.

Love the long boardwalk with plenty of things to do. Beach is long and beautiful, cleaned and raked daily. A nice place to begin family memories for generation after generation.

I find Wildwood boardwalk to be an "in your face boardwalk".It is active on both sides unlike the boardwalk in OCMD. It seems to be more geared at young teens and 20's crowd. LOTS OF FRIED FOOD STANDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a wonder that everyone in wildwood doesn't weigh 400 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! A lot of the amusements were closed down. I was surprised... More

i wanted to experience the classic New Jersey boardwalk..I chose the fall thinking it would be the tail end of the season...regrettably I was too late..by the 3 week in Sept most everything was closed and shuttered...perhaps to open on the weekend...so I missed the husstle and bustle, the noise of the mechanical rides, the smells of the fried onions...But..what... Wildwood has a lovely boardwalk ... full of shops, games, places to eat and amusement parks. Even as a group of adults we enjoyed the sights, sounds, eats and treats of the Boardwalk. Clean beaches and boardwalks. Mostly affordable ... there's an occasional overpriced attraction. A lot busier on the weekends in early September ... but most things were still... More

Anything shore related you will find on this stretch of boards. And a FREE beach. Rides water parks, and games out the wazoo. Great get away for the weekend!

There is no place in America like the Wildwood Boardwalk. Love the smells, the music, the food, the view! And you can rent a bicycle and ride up and down it. Look in the faces of those walking on the Boardwalk - they are reminiscing about the romance and fun they had in earlier times. Can't get enough of the... More
