Whenever visiting NYC, I always check the ferry bus route in NYC and plan my trip. Using the ferry is stress free and along as you coordinate the ferry bus, it is quite convenient! Can be pricey when parking your car in the Weehawken garage, but you get a ferry ride, nice view and no hassle crossing into NYC!

This was a cheaper, faster and more convenient way to get to nyc from nj and back. It was on time and clean and they even have some restaurants and stores in the stations while you wait. They even have buses that are included in tickets price to get back and forth the ferry stations. Parking garage on site that's... More

Great way to get into the city, lots of parking at the terminal, $12 or $14 a day and frequent service even on weekends and shoulder hours. Very quick, under 15 minutes including unloading and your right in the middle of midtown. The ferry buses on the NYC side are great with many different routes you can take, included in... More

The view is amazing. Fast commute to Manhattan , including the ferry buses on both sides of the Hudson River but it is an expensive option that costs US$9,00 each way.

Ferries schedule has some weekend changes. First, 8:00 a.m. ferry leaves from the Weehawken terminal not the Sheraton, but the hotel provides shuttle service. Weekends also include late ferries returning from the terminal near the Javitz Center.

if the destination points work for you, this is one of the nicest ways to get into the city whether a commuter or a tourist. Never gets old.

Considering the tunnel toll, traffic and parking costs, this is an excellent way to travel. Although you can buy your tickets at the Sheraton, they will only sell them to registered guests, which I think is a little petty on Sheraton's part.

The Ferry is a relaxing and scenic alternative to the often jammed bridge and tunnels. It puts visitors in Midtown, which is very convenient.

My husband and I were visiting friends in NJ and they live in Weehawken and said the best way to get to NYC was to take the ferry. We hopped on the ferry which was all of about 6 minutes and were at buses that we loaded onto in NY to take us to downtown. $9.00 each way and a... More
