I have been going to seaside park beaches since I was a child and I must say sand is white and soft. Beaches are clean. Certain days you can see the bottom of the ocean my only disappoint is not enough good seafood restaurants except for atlantic bar and grill food very good and ocean view beautiful. Try the drunken... More

The water will be a) too chilly to go in and b) too brown for you to trust to go in. But, everyone has to experience the Jersey Shore, at the very least because this is the area of the original Jaws shark attacks. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

No comment. Seems like a nice little beach town. Safe. They are currently working on the main road (Rt 37), replacing street pipes so hopefully the road will be done by next Spring before summer!!

Nestled between Island Beach State Park and Seaside Heights, Seaside Park is a hidden gem. It is quiet...not a lot of hotels and just a few restaurants. the beaches are wide, the sand is soft there is a mile boardwalk without concessions and plenty of wide streets for bicycles.

If you're looking for the softest sand you ever wiggled your toes in, you'll find it here. Boardwalk has variety of food. Try the Sawmill pizza.

My teenage kids are water rats when here. Watch for lifeguard warnings for riptides, but this is a nice Jersey Shore beach (especially since that horrible show left the next Jersey Shore town, Seaside Heights.) I feel for the locals, first with Sandy and then the fire that desroyed the rebuilt boardwalk. I heard that they are planning to rebuild... More

Office staff nasty .... Pull out couches old and uncomfortable . Can't believe how one of the staff talked to people who where trying to give a child a time out of the pool the kid was having a melt down and she basically told them to leave undermining the parents . Just unacceptable tone an attitude .

Seaside is a great family/friend location during September. The beaches no longer charge for admission and the amount of people is much fewer. Many vendors are still open at this time. The beaches are clean and well kept.

I had concerns going to a beach so close to Seaside Heights, but this beach is really separate from that crazy world of "Jersey Shore." There were plenty of families and lots of opportunity for quiet time. The life guards were very attentive and we saw seals and dolphins right off shore! Very nice.
