I live in a great little town on the Toms River, for me and my family we take a 2 hour ride south a nice day trip to go to the boardwalk. 10 years ago I would have said it was a great place .But the past 7 or 8 years its gone down hill. Thanks to MTV and the... More

What a shame to see first hand what the storm SANDY did to Seaside Heights. The destruction to the beach and the boardwalk and the rides and eateries is devastating. All the rides are gone, some of the eateries are gone the boardwalk is being rebuilt and the beach is being redone. Talking with the owners of some of the... More

Spent every summer here as a child and had great memories. The pier was gone and many things were destruyed by Super Storm Sandy. They are working to rebuild, but it was very sad to see an entire boardwalk destroyed.

After taking the kids to Breakwater Beach for the past few years, I can say that the water park can stand alone as its own destination. In other words, it isn't just an "extra" while spending a week at the beech. For us, it is worth the two hour trip just to go on the slides. First and foremost, as... More

I've been bringing the family here for years and its a great day of fun and relaxation! It's clean and well staffed and there is plenty to do no matter your age or swimming level. The kiddie area is huge with lots of safe places to play and splash and the lazy river (my personal favorite) is a wonderful way... More

it was fairly expensive but on a hot day it was just great to spend the whole day covered in water and a great place to go with kids

We used a coupon from the 2012 Entertainment Book to get a BOGO pass for both the water park and the Casino Pier. You have to buy a locker if you have ANY gear if all in the party are sliding and the cost of the locker is ridiculous, I think it was $15 for the day. But you do... More

You can buy tickets here before the season begins at a discount. So this year, my son asked his aunt to by him discounted tickets for his 13th birthday so that he can bring his friends along. As long as your kids are tall enough to ride most of the rides, its a pleasant day. There's a play area for... More

Not too many rides and it did not help that two of the big rides were not yet open. Went memorial day weekend.

Glad you enjoyed yourself. Sorry about the rides not being opened - but we were awaiting approval from the state, so it was out of our hands. We tried. Hope to see you again! More
