I love this theatre! We have gone here for a few shows over the years. I live close and go to the box office to purchase my tickets since the fees are fairly high ordering online. Never had any problems, the people who work the box office have always been very nice. Overall, a great place to see a show!... More

The Theater is wonderful and the renovation brought it back in a big way. Great shows and music and a wonderful history

We went to Count Basie theatre for Pink Martini concert. This is a nice, intimate theater for performances. Most seats have good views of the stage. The concert was great and the audience lively. We had no problem finding parking on the street. We saw a lot of good restaurants around this place, but we had eaten and did not... More

Nicely restored and a nice area with shops and restaurants for after show. Although our last concert we sat front row in the center balcony which was great to see the sound was not the best we have heard in theaters. we are big concert goers. But we do return here for and will continue to.

There is not a bad seat in the place, and the acoustics are great. Saw Lyle Lovett there- excellent!!

I actually never went into the Theatre. My husband and I were considering going to see the Joan. Rivers show but sadly Joan was admitted to hospital the day before. We drove to the theatre anyway, just because I wanted to see the theatre mainly because of the name...my dad was a huge Count Basie fan...I was happy just say... More

The venue is always presenting top shows, acts, performers, etc.. Many are just going to NYC or heading out to AC, Philly, etc.. The acoustics are ok for an old theater and every effort is made to bring the level and sound to the standard for the show. Whether it's The Moody Blues, Dennis Miller or a Holiday Special, the... My first time there, pretty theatre, very intimate setting! Walkable from area hotels! Drink prices were reasonable, staff helpful.
