This is a great venue - no bad seats. The location and parking make it easy to attend. The performance was a solid 3 hours, and lots of fun.

We have attended NJ Symphony Orchestra concerts at Count Basie. It has taken quite awhile, but the restoration and redecoration have been nicely completed. The acoustics which were never great, have also improved.

The theatere is nice but they need to fix the floors. Also, they shouldn't allow eating and drinking in the theater seting area. Let customers eat or drink at the lounge areas. Letting them have their food and drink in the seats lets them leave garbage when they leave, and spilled drinks which just dry up and have an odor,... More

The venue is on the smaller side. However, I think there isn't a bad seat in the house. Everyone was up dancing and enjoying themselves for the show. There is a great outdoor area/bar to hang out at before the show. I think it is a super place to see a show. It is also close to many of Red... More

Love the small-town atmosphere of Red Bank and I loved the John legend show, but sitting int he balcony seats is incredible torture for all but the smallest people.

Very nice theater and venue for a concert. Pleasantly surprised with a lot of old school charm. Not many bad seats.

We traveled up to see Joe Bonamassa at the Count Basie. It was our first time there. Our seats were downstairs, in the middle section, row U, six from the back. The sight lines and sound was fantastic! Unfortunately, the theater was like an oven. It was a hot, humid night, (mid May), and the heat inside the theater was... More

What a great venue for a concert. We went for Pat Methany. He only chooses sites that are acoustically solid and the Count Basie was right there! Nice restoration. Well run. Clean and most of all... the sound was fantastic. We will go back for other events there, for sure.

I have been to Count Basie quite a few times and have always enjoyed it. We just went to see Rob Thomas who played a more intimate performance. Although almost all the seating provides you with a great stage view, the leg room is extremely limited, especially in the upper level. They do have a snack bar and drink bar... More

I have been to Count Basie many times and have always enjoyed it. Most recently, my husband and another couple went to see Rob Thomas. The staff is alway friendly and courteous. There is pretty much not a bad seat in the house, although I will sy that as you get closer to the top there is virtually no leg... More
