Cute farm with some pretty Do the wine tasting and walk the grounds. Check out the farm store as well. They have a great selection of fresh produce and homemade pies. This place has a lot to offer between the festivals (spring- summer- fall) and the animals on the property. The dogs are super sweet, but will steal your marshmallows... More

We were out for the day doing wine tastings and expected this to be the worst. Pleasantly surprised by the wines. Bought a delightful bottle of rooster red. We then went in the farm shop and got the most decadent shortbread cookies. I also bought a pot pie to take home for dinner and OMG that would be worth a... More

During October, we visited Terhune for apple picking and the harvest festival and had a really great time. Apple picking is located away from the festival area so it was much quieter. Many of the apple trees were picked clean, but the apples we did get were delicious and made a great apple crisp! We also visited the store and... More

Terhune orchards on cold soil rd, is a great place for families. Throughout most of the year, you can go for free to walk around the farm and visit the animals, shop the farm store, and pick select fruits. However during the fall, they run a festival style event on the weekends where you pay an entrance fee. Parking during... More

We moved to central Jersey last year. We've been amazed at the number of farmer's markets, u-pick places and the like. The is probably the best of the bunch. Always open. Lots of things to do

We used to visit Terhune's often when our daughter was young 20 years ago, and did all our veggie and fruit shopping there. We stay away from it now. It has become very commercialized and extremely expensive, and we can no longer get the quality foods that we were able to get before (their pies have gone downhill in quality,... More

Terhune Orchards will sell you local products at a fair price. It's local, not organic. Don't expect it to be free of chemical pesticides and fertilizers unless certification is provided.

My sister and I have a Passport for wineries, we stopped in here last weekend to do a tasting. The wines were better than average, but not the best ever. Our tasting coach was very friendly, and very informative, she gave us a wonderful tasting. There was a fee for tasting, I want to say it was $5. We then... More

Found that they were very expensive, their pies are just baked on the premise, delivered from an outside vendor (Mrs. smiths)

My family & I went during a fall festival weekend & the place was simply mobbed with people, which created a frenzied stressed vibe to the place. Plus, we werent able to access the orchards from the main farm. Instead, you have to drive up the road to pick apples. The only plus were the pies & donuts, however as... More
