My family visited Jenkinson's Boardwalk in July 2014. Parking is tough... there is a municipal (pay) lot across the street, but it is hard to find an available spot on the weekends. Just be patient and look for people who are leaving. The amusement rides are perfect for kids up to about 13 yrs old. There is also lots of... More

First we got to the area after noon on a Sat with traffic and couldn't park anywhere to use our beach passes so we went to Asbury Park beach for a few hours- I do like it there anyway. After 5, we came back to use the other parts of a Groupon- mini golf, dark ride and ride tickets. We... More

Amazing rides for under 10 year olds. Not so great for the bigger kids. The boardwak is classic. The usual overpriced games. The crazy part is that each game room/arcade is separate, even though all owner by the same company. so points for one can not be used at the next one, even though the same guys own both. Makes... Kids really loved the rides. Food was average boardwalk food. Not so great. Pizza and burgers. Was a nice time

Very 'old-school' boardwalk - clean bathrooms, children's area, & clean beach. Food was a bit pricey but everything we tried was good.

Guess we shouldn't have gone on Saturday . Wall to wall people. I would try again on a different day of the week.

Clean, nice crowd, great rides, lots to do. Muni lot parking is great price alternative (but get there early!)

I have seen this boardwalk become more trashy through the years, but I guess everything changes over 45 years. Crowded and expensive, but a fun short outing, with the beautiful beach you don't really need the boardwalk.

This was our second visit to Jenkinson's Boardwalk, and we really had a good time. I took away 1 star from the rating because of the overall cost. Arrive early! This way you can still find paid parking closer to the beach. Tips: Come with cash if you plan to play any of the boardwalk games because the ATM fees... More

Jenkinson's is great. There is so much to do and see and wonderful for all ages. It is classic and just like I remembered as a child. Wish is stayed open a little later, but we were there a bit pre-season so everything was not up and running yet. Would also like a little more variety of food and stores.
