Great concert venue with staff members willing to help both on the way to the establishment from the overhead sky walks and within the building.

We had never been here before but we were excited to be able to see the show near us. The Pru center is a large venue. The people who worked there were friendly & helpful. The seats were comfortable as long as you don't have an obese person next to you! They were small seats. (We had floor seats against... More

We've been to the Prudential Center - aka The Rock - several times for concerts and athletic events. It's easy for us to get there by train which saves the hassle of traffic and parking (not cheap). It's a great venue with decent food and drink. Bathrooms are always clean and staff is friendly. Will usually pick The Rock over... More

We visited on the 10 the of September 2014. The Eagles. The police close roads making it difficult to access any parking you may have booked, probably better to just turn up and pay at the first car park you come to. The seating is (114) a bit 'snug' for grown ups and the stairs are steep, but the music... More

We saw the Eagles on 9/10/14 and sat in the upper 200's section right side of stage. View of the stage was okay but we needed to use the big screen often to see details of the show. The seats are steep which is good for visibility over the heads of those sitting in front of you but bad because... More

I visited the Prudential Center for Cirque Du Soleil Varekai in the end of August 2014. We took a train from NY Penn Station to the Newark Penn Station. The Newark Penn Station is really close (7-10 minutes walking) to Prudential Center. The security staff was nice. The Center is really nice and was perfect for the Cirque Du Soleil... More

In the Center of Newark............ Best bet is to take mass transit........Not the best location but convenient........Once you get inside it is a state of the art facility..........However, they should have spent the money in renovating the Continental Arena in the Meadowlands........

The venue was nice with some surprising luxuries. I wish that the advertisement for events was better.

Very good sightlines for a hockey game. But the employees at concessions are painfully slow and have trouble counting change even though the register tells them how much to give back. The security guards are VERY RUDE and unprofessional. My rating would be higher if the staff at this building were better. Still a great place to see a game.

Fantastic place. The tend to sell areas that are very hard to see the performance. Guest services was very willing to help relocate my seats, however!
