It's a replica of an old western town.

You can see the whole town in an hour. 2 Hours if you take your time and walk the path outside of the town. If you do you can talk to a mountain ma at his cabin. He eats turtles and bears. In fact, he pretty much eats anything he can catch. The shells and furs are on his cabin.... More

A nice low key family oriented place. It is a miniature West town. Different scenes were played out by the staff during entire day . Well taking care animals, friendly staff. Our toddler had a lot of fun riding pony.

Love this place- a true cowboy western come to life with an actual 'showdown' in the old town and get ready for the train robbery! (if you think your youngster will be afraid, warn them first as the train is 'held up' but the robbers turn friendly in the end. Plan at least a few hours to see all of... More

Nice place to visit but showing its age. The stagecoach is so much fun. Some of the attractions are corny but a nice day trip for little kids.

My Dad took me, I took my kids. I hope to take my grandkids some day. Nice family run biz. Get the kids away from electronics for a day!

If you have girls...they may or may not like it. I have 2, and 1 liked, and the other didn't. Seems awesome for young little boys probably 7 and under. You pay the admission because of the drama and skits that happen out of nowhere. There are added things to pay for, but they cost is not excessive. Its was... More

Wild West City is a treasure that began in the 1950s and is a wonderful, traditional trip back into history Another very popular amusement destination that existed in the area, Bertrand Island Park, is long gone, but Wild West City is still going strong. I can't recommend this place highly enough for a family outing. In a time where DVDs,... More

When a concept works, just stick with it. I remember going to places like this when I was a kid in the 70s and I even think I still have my deputy badge somewhere. We surprised my 7 Yr old son with a stop here, and from the moment he was greeted by the sheriff at the entrance, he was... More

I took my Grand two Grand children and one of their friends ages 11 and 12.on Columbus Day.It is certainly as if the city was left there just as it was many years ago. My. Grandson whined on the way that it was going to be boring and nothing to do, all night long when we returned home he thank... More
