We purchased a 2 night stay/water park package for 4. What a waste of $480. The hotel was so ghetto. Our room was a disgrace. We arrived a Friday night at 12am. As we went to lay down we noticed some crusty blood stains on our sheets. I immediately went to the front desk to complain, all I got was... More

The place was out of control! Children running every where. People were disrespectful. Some one also took my sandals that I had under my table! It also smelled like dirty diapers!! This place is absolutely disgusting! May I suggest Great Wolf Lodge instead?

Dear MDR, I'm sorry to hear that you had an experience where another guest was disrespectful to you. Also, it's terrible that someone would take your sandals. I hope you took the time to report such a petty theft. I'm sorry to hear that kids were everywhere, but keep in mind this is a water resort for children! Thank you... More

We came here for a second time. The last visit was 2 years ago during the summer month's when it was much quieter. This time we went in February. The place was packed beyond belief. You could barely get around because of the crowds and birthday parties. We went at twilight, 4pm. Thankfully, we didn't go all day, which would... More

This hotel/Waterpark is really dirty! We ended up checking in and checking right out only an hour later. They really need to update. My room was nothing like the picture. It was dark red, a few holes in the wall and had dirty floors, which makes you wonder about what you can't see! The hotel temperature was chilly, so not... More

I went to lobby to get my son bandages after leaving the water park. It was definitely crowded had fun and also needed a few utensils plastic. Ask me to come to him stepped on my toes and said hotel policy is to wear shoes. I went upstairs got dressed and went back downstairs to get his name and information... More

The hotel reminded me of a halfway house. There was garbage everywhere. Kids running lose. The park was fun, the bars pricey watery drinks are bad as well. I wish I would have went to another location. And check in time at 4pm and check out at 11am. Forces you to pay ten dollars for a locker when you could... More

Had my daughter's 7th bday party there. Everyone was ok except for ordering food. Stood inline for 20mins to be told I can't preorder pizza and they didn't have pitchers?! Are you serious?! Went upstairs to the 2 girls who checked us in who couldn't believe I was told that.

Dear Yaya, I'm sorry to hear that one of our staff members communicated inaccurate information about ordering pizza and the availability of pitchers. I will make sure to pass along your post to management who trains staff at the water park so it doesn't happen again. Thank you for taking the time to post to TripAdvisor as it provides us... More
