We came here for a second time. The last visit was 2 years ago during the summer month's when it was much quieter. This time we went in February. The place was packed beyond belief. You could barely get around because of the crowds and birthday parties. We went at twilight, 4pm. Thankfully, we didn't go all day, which would... More

This hotel/Waterpark is really dirty! We ended up checking in and checking right out only an hour later. They really need to update. My room was nothing like the picture. It was dark red, a few holes in the wall and had dirty floors, which makes you wonder about what you can't see! The hotel temperature was chilly, so not... More

I went to lobby to get my son bandages after leaving the water park. It was definitely crowded had fun and also needed a few utensils plastic. Ask me to come to him stepped on my toes and said hotel policy is to wear shoes. I went upstairs got dressed and went back downstairs to get his name and information... More

Had my daughter's 7th bday party there. Everyone was ok except for ordering food. Stood inline for 20mins to be told I can't preorder pizza and they didn't have pitchers?! Are you serious?! Went upstairs to the 2 girls who checked us in who couldn't believe I was told that.

A wonderful water park. Plenty to do for kids and adults. Stayed in the hotel connected with the park. It is clean, very nice, and convenient. Also ordered room service; the food was excellent! The kids were occupied in the lobby during check in by a clown making balloon shapes. We will be going back!

Dear Fred, We’re glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed The Hotel ML and CoCo Key Water Resort. We’re also always happy to hear that the food was delicious. Talia’s Restaurant is delicious and we’re happy to say that it also received remodeling (new floors, new beautiful granite buffet counter) recently and looks great! Also, the clown is... More

Took my two boys ages 2 and 4 1/2 during the president week and they love it. It was not crowed and it was clean. Room were also clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. 1 1/2 hour drive from New York and it was well worthy. Probably going back before the summer.

Dear Linette, I’m delighted to see your post about your experience at The Hotel ML and CoCo Key Water Park. We try very hard to make the experience at our resort the kind of holiday that makes our guests want to return, which apparently is exactly what we’ll experience when we host you and your family again before summer! I... More

This indoor water park was fun. The slides, Parrot's perch, and lazy river were the highlights. However, in general the park is very small and there is no need to go for more than a day. If you do want to stay for more than a day...DO NOT STAY at the hotel ML! The hotel needs to be throughly clean!... More

We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the CoCo Key Water Park. However, we’re disappointed that you didn’t enjoy The Hotel ML. We’re an independently owned and operated hotel and we take great individual pride in being so. I’m personally involved in several renovations we’re working on. For example, both the T-Bar and Talia’s restaurant have received wonderful upgrades, and... More
