I have to say aside from the hotel the water park is very cool. They give you life jackets and towels, there a tons of lifeguards all over, in the lazy river I couldn't get my son and me out of the tub and the lifeguard held my son while I got out, was very nice of him to help... More

For starters we had a negative experience with the front desk reception, we were charged double times and had a hard time with communication. They acted as if they didn't know what was happening. When speaking with a manager (Desiree) she disregarded me because my name was not on the actual reservation. No Offers For The Inconvenience either. Now on... More

We took our four year old daughter and her two young friends here for the day on a Saturday. They loved it. I was underwhelmed. The first thing I noticed was that the air temperature wasn't as warm as I would've expected for an indoor water park. The thermometer on the wall said 75 degrees and it got chilly fast... More

The chlorine smell will make you weak in the knees. If you have asthma or just can not stand strong offensive smells then this place is not for you. Though my sons had fun I had to keep leaving the indoor pool area to go outside for fresh air. It's nice but the food and drinks were expensive and mostly... More

We just returned from this indoor water theme park. The cost is exorbitant. The admission price for our two grandsons was $76. I couldn't believe it! A family of 4 costs $101. Because we are over 65, we were admitted free. After one hour both boys said they were bored and we left. I don't know about you, but $76... More

You have the worse customer service ever at the CO CO keys in Mt. Laurel, NJ. I called in prior to making a reservation online and was informed that as long as I pick a package that has the title "Water resort" in it, I will have access to the water park. I booked online and the email confirmation did... More

Over priced.. not worth the trip.. smelled like urine. DIRTY.. bathrooms were gross. Way understaffed. Life guards appeared to not want to actually do their jobs.. completely unattentive to the guests. Just a complete waste of money.

Overall clean for the volume of kids that go through there. Lifeguards very attentive. I also appreciated that they didn't rip you off for food, prices were very reasonable. Loved the adult only hot-tub area also where you could still watch your kids play. Stayed at Hotel ML, very good experience there. Would recommend both.

My family of 5 visited Coco Key for the first time over the past weekend and we ALL had a BLAST. From the moment we walked in the hotel we were greeted with a smile :). The staff here really made us feel at home. There were a few employees in particular who were so Friendly and Caring, James Brown... More
