I liked everything about CoCo Keys water resort. It's very convenient, right inside the hotel. The water attractions fits all ages. It's nice for the adults to relax in the adult only hot tubs. The lockers are secure and sturdy. The temperature in the waterpark is comfortable and the concession stand for Pizza and other snacks was well maintained.

Very nice family establishment. Plenty to do and plenty of seating. Food is very expensive. But it's still worth going to visit.

My 12 and 14 yr old love waterparks so I thought we would give Coco Key a try. First, the front desk person was flat out rude. After bothering the young lady to take our money we entered the park. It is attached to a hotel. The 2nd level where you enter has a kiddie pool and slide (b day... More

I have to say aside from the hotel the water park is very cool. They give you life jackets and towels, there a tons of lifeguards all over, in the lazy river I couldn't get my son and me out of the tub and the lifeguard held my son while I got out, was very nice of him to help... More

For starters we had a negative experience with the front desk reception, we were charged double times and had a hard time with communication. They acted as if they didn't know what was happening. When speaking with a manager (Desiree) she disregarded me because my name was not on the actual reservation. No Offers For The Inconvenience either. Now on... More

We took our four year old daughter and her two young friends here for the day on a Saturday. They loved it. I was underwhelmed. The first thing I noticed was that the air temperature wasn't as warm as I would've expected for an indoor water park. The thermometer on the wall said 75 degrees and it got chilly fast... More

The chlorine smell will make you weak in the knees. If you have asthma or just can not stand strong offensive smells then this place is not for you. Though my sons had fun I had to keep leaving the indoor pool area to go outside for fresh air. It's nice but the food and drinks were expensive and mostly... More
