We stopped by on our recent weekend trip in the area. We love antique shops but I must say this is one we probably won't visit again. The inside shops offer lots of what I call smalls. Small old items you would see in your grandparents homes as a kid. While some people might like looking over these piles of... More

Hi. My name is Renee and I am a hoarder. I have always enjoyed picking through junk, and the Golden Nugget flea market is my addiction. On Wednesdays you tend to get a more dealer-heavy crowd along with junk collectors who are just stopping in on their way to work. The tables are cheaper on Saturdays so it tends to... More

This market has been around for at least 25 years and has a large following of repeat customers and dealers. A great way to enjoy the outdoors and shop for that special piece or unusual gift. The dealers are very friendly and love to talk about their merchandise and surrounding area. It takes a few hours to walk around to... More

This is an unusual flea market, most vendors show up overnite and start to set up before the sun rises, then before the regular people show up they trade amongst themselves, then at about 6 am the public starts to arrive ( sometimes even earlier ) if you haven't arrived by 10am some vendors are already packing up and getting... This is the best antique market in the state. I LOVE to go to Golden Nugget just to wander around and look at all the awesome stuff the vendors have for sale. I always find a few things here and there and meet a few interesting folks along the way. Everyone is super-friendly. And I love making conversation with random... More

Although the website says it is open until 4pm, the vendors start packing up really early. We arrived at 1:30 and there were only a few table left and they were packing up their items. After driving 1 1/2 hours it was very disappointing to arrive at an empty parking lot. We found another antique store and asked why they... More

The Golden Nugget flea market is really a gem. If you like the adventure of a true antique/ curiosity market, don't miss this place. There are plenty of vendors selling vintage items, furniture, fabric, jewelry, even plants. The vendors are friendly and professional. Parking can be tricky, but we always manage.

I had a great lunch at the Nugget. My husband and I ate at Sweet and Savory Cafe. I had a ciabata with prosciutto, roasted peppers and fresh mozzarella and my husband had a breakfast sandwich. Great food! They actually had a BBQ outside with sausage and hot dogs. New owners. Must go back! Sue B.

I visited this flea market on a beautiful December Saturday and was disappointed. The outdoor tables were less than a quarter filled with vendors and the quite a few of the indoor vendors were closed. The antique selection was bleak at best. At 11:00 we observed vendors just beginning to unload there wares. It was difficult to navigate through the... More
