1) If you have a choice, take the Liberty State Park NJ ferry to visit the Statue of Liberty, rather than from Battery Park NYC. Only $7 to park in NJ, and much less crowded. Either way, Statue tickets are dirt cheap for such an awesome landmark and a full day of enjoyment. 2) plan ahead. To get tickets to... More

Very organized travel. Get many people moving forward. Snacks and drinks available aboard. Does not over crowd the boats.

Booked our visit to the Statue of Liberty from home before we left for NY. We printed the tickets and were all set in just minutes. Had a great trip and knowing we had our tickets before we got to the ferry made for a more relaxing morning.

The cruise drove around the statue at distance for only few minutes then left. By the time we finally squeezed through the crowds and took pics , the statue was already becoming only small and blur in the background. It's quite disappointing

The tour provides great views and the opportunity to go all the way to the crown. However, the setup is not very efficient and the tour can take over 5 hours. Keep this in mind if you're planning a 1 day trip. This will eat a lot of time.

Enjoyed our trip to the island & statue. Just started too late. Took the 11:00 boat and actually ran out of time to get off and view the Statue of Liberty.

The signage and lay out could use improvement. It is a 400 meter walk out to the boarding area, so make sure your party is capable of that. There are no rest rooms that I noticed. The boat itself was clean and comfortable. The on board speakers were not working where we were seated. The battery destined ferries were far... More

My husband took my son & I here for my birthday. The cruise left from New Jersey, went to Ellis Island and then to the Statue of Liberty and back to New Jersey. You could spend as much or as little time as you wanted at the Statue and Ellis Island. We caught the Ferry at about 10:45 am and... More

I've read the hit and miss reviews here on TA about this cruise. We had a good time with no complaints. Reserved an earlier time and parking and wait time was not an issue. While they were not overly friendly or helpful with directions they were not bad either and it was easy enough to figure it out. The ride... More
