The cruise was great, as we travelled in March Ellis Island was closed so we couldn't get up close and personal with the statue of liberty. Although we went on the cruise i think it was just as good, our tour guide shared so much information about new york, new jersey and the statue of Liberty that we found very... More

I have wanted to seethe Statue of Liberty since I was very young. On the day we went it was bitterly cold, windy and the nay was rough but it was beautiful.

Ferris are the only means of transportation to get to Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island. To see the Statue closer is really good but it is very packed and big queue for the return ferry. You also can get a headphones to listen the explanations with an additional fee.

I was a little disappointed to find out that the Statue of Liberty was closed for renovation, but the ferry made an additional stop at Ellis Island. It was a beautiful day to be outside on the ferry. Ellis Island was such an amazing historical place to visit and we were able to also stop for lunch at their cafe.

taking the ferry to ellis island/statue of liberty gives you a unique perspective of these iconic new york landmarks. we didn't get off at ellis island, but did at the statue, where you can walk around the island on which it stands and walk up to the base of fit. gives you a unique perspective. full of tourists, but a... Well organized boat tour that takes you to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. I recommend using the New Jersey routes since it is less traveled and shoot to go early in the day. Also, you should note the time the boat departs form every location to ensure you don’t end up waiting 30 minutes for the next boat.

We took Statue Cruises to the Statue of Liberty in July. Huge crows and boats are loaded like cattle. There are no other means to get to Liberty Island so these guys have a monopoly. Employees are rude and indifferent. Our advice is to book on line and book an early time slot. Crowds are thin and island is not... More

This may have been our cheapest outing in New York and it was worth every penny. They could easily have charged more, but we appreciate the fact that they don't! Book your tickets online ahead of time to avoid the long lines when you arrive.

We usually, take the cruises from NY, this time we put the wrong address in the GPS, but it was a good mistake.measy to park our 15 passengers van, no lines, and I think the tickets were less expinsive. We went around noon and this was a BAD mistake, too hot, humidity very hi @ this time of the year,... More

We were treated like crap. These people were to busy talking to each other than to answer one question from us. My husband is handicapped and just wanted to know if he could get on and off first. They were rude and treated me like I was stupid. I had thought this would be a nice trip, because of people where we... More
