Fast and efficient service.Friendly staff who take your safety seriously. Boats are punctual and food served is above what you would expect. Mr Wong at the kiosk on upper deck was very friendly.

We purchased 11:00 pedestal tickets on-line the night before and parked at Liberty State Park, NJ. We arrived at 10:30 and the Statue Cruise ferry was already there waiting. Went through the security line in 5 minutes and boarded the ferry which was about 1/3 full. The ferry left before 11 and arrived at Ellis Island where we explored the... More

We took the kids on the Ellis Island/Liberty Island cruise on the 12th. Our boat left from the Jersey City side. Everything was seamless. I ordered the tickets online. The staff was courteous. Our boats were clean and with ample seating. Even the snacks onboard were reasonable priced. Visiting these gems, coupled with the ferry rides, made this such a... More

I took the Statue of Liberty cruise offered by statuecruises by making advance reservation for the Pedestal Level access. They charge USD 18 and you are taken to Ellis Island and then to the Staute of Liberty. Ellis Island is a wonderful place to send 2-3 hours. I also got a guided tour and our guide was Ms. Mandy. She... More

We decided not to get tickets online. When we got there the ticket line was about 5 minutes not bad. It is a nice walk to the fairy but the wait there was less than 15 minutes. The fairies were never packed and was a great vist. We did go on a Friday morning around 10:00 and left from liberty... More

Great to be able to see the statue...but we waited in line about an hour or more, then had to go thru an annoying airport style security check, and finally onto a crowded boat.

We ended up in another long line, but was only a cruise. This is the only place you can get off of the Island and Ellis Island. Nice staff, affordable prices, and of course up close and personal to Lady Liberty herself.

Very interesting Ellis Island was a very moving experance as you steped back in time the wall of names on wich I found my ancestors which made it all the more enjoyable .The stature of liberty was also a joy to see, but none was for the disabled I really think more could be done even getting off the boat... If you want to go to Ms. liberty or Ellis Island or both this vessel is the one you need to board. Extreme professional staff. The onboard restaurant way too overpriced.

Excellent value for money for a ticket Liberty and Ellis Islands plus a ticket to the pedestal of Lady Liberty. **Note: for tickets to go up the Statue of Liberty (crown or pedestal) book way in advance. There are a limited amount of tickets for this for safety issues.**
