Ok Waterpark nothing to brag about

The big problem is the extremely long wait times for anything. Every ride is at least an hour if not more wait, for a 15 second ride. They need to get the lines moving more efficiently. They also really need a lot more rides, which they usually have to shut down a lot of them for maintenance all the time.... More

Hurricane Harbor operation was awful. It is unstaffed; with one person manning 2 or 3 or even 4 tubes! The tubes were not sent down as fast as it could have. The waiting is just ridiculously too long (average an hr for each attraction); and it wasn't because of the volume of people, rather it is how slow they sent the... I went with my four friends and little brother yesterday which was a Sunday and the wait for the rides are beyond ridiculous ! It was WAY WAY WAY TOO CROWDED. We had to wait for an hour and probably more to get the tube to ride on a slide that was less than one minute -.- we only had... More

The place was way over crowded with many RUDE people, kids peeing in pool right at your feet and to top it off my car was robbed my wallet my, phone and a cup o change! 21/2 hours to report it what a nightmare! And NO security cameras in parking lot!

My best advice to anyone is to avoid this place. It is overpriced and overrated. We arrived at 11:15am (they open at 10:30) and quickly got in line for the tornado - there were about 40 people in line. It took 90 minutes to get on the ride and it was over in 60 seconds. Totally frustrated we had lunch... More

Our family has been visiting for Hurricane Harbor for over a decade now. To be honest, we go because the kids enjoy it. I could never visit again and be perfectly happy, just because water parks aren't particularly my thing – give me a pool or the beach any day. That being said, we chose to visit the park recently... We were able to get on 3 rides in 4 hours on a day when the park was at about 50% capacity. I think one person on line with us summed it up best when they said " If I wanted to do nothing, I would have went to the beach" It was a waste of time and money. I... More

I always love waterparks This park is extremely unorganized- it was my first time visiting but i don't think I would return. Still can't believe you have to rent tubes for the lazy river- shocking! I rather Splish Splash or Action Park definitely

I don't like the fact that you have to rent the tubes for the lazy river, that should be free if you ask me, they shut the wave pool every 45 minutes to a hour so that the lifeguards can practice safety techniques, its fairly small with about 7 slides and a open area for the kids, parking is a... It's a record. Five minutes to turn me off from the park. That is an accomplishment. Lockers, try paying with cash. No change. AT OPEN. Five minutes into the day you are out of change. Try the cashier. Nope. They don't give change. Try a attendant for lockers. Nope. Then there's the packed park and half the slides closed and... More
