We really enjoy the roller coasters we spent a lot of money on the platinum pass so wild could ride as my riders as we did. They rides were top shelf as good as much bigger park like Orlando studios. What six flags lacks is anything classy besides the coasters. The food is bad, and the games are dumping money... More

For the kids, the park was their highlight of the trip to the Northeast. Visited on a weekday, so lines were shortand they were able to ride all coasters. We stayed in NY and I had considered renting a car to visit the park. But taking the bus from the Port Authority Terminal was very convenient.

The price of the ticket is quite pricey but I guess everything costs more these days. We did the Six Flags the weekend of July 25/26. We got there as early, as they opened. My kids are 7, 5 and 2, so we started with the Safari adventures. No lines, plenty of animals to see and it was still early... More

We had a wonderful day at Six Flags, a couple of insights; Don't purchase the prefered parking you are close. Purchase a Flash ...you can afford. we purchased a Platitium flash pass and thought was great value. After 6pm on a Tuesday in July the lines were under 10 minutes wait, after 8 they were basically walk on. Lots of... More

Employees are quite nice, and helpful. Except for this one Asian guy who was working the Sky Screamer. Was able to ride almost everything I wanted, but then I got tired. The only thing I really didn't like about park was that some of the ride were so separated, so you have to walk 10-15 minutes to get somewhere. Which... More

Great family park if you get in and out early enough. The park becomes very busy and overcrowded as the day goes on. Security and entry lines are usually long and could take almost an hour to get through. They are very strict with bringing in food and drinks so don't even try it. Regular parking is $25 and preferred... More

The rides are great but the lines can be very long. The food is of the typical amusement park variety (pricy and not anything special). The entrance price seems exorbitant but the season pass helps soften the blow if you plan on going more than once a year. As long as you like thrill rides and get lucky with the... More

Six Flags has the best roller coasters of any theme park. In that way, it has a major advantage. However, aside from their FRIGHTFEST which is absolutely terrifying in the greatest imaginable way, the atmosphere in the park needs to be improved. Six Flags needs to find a way to bring in some of the Disney/Universal Magic. Overall though, it... More

We were at the park on Friday. The lines were not long (5-25 minutes). The park missing shaded areas. Very fun roller coasters adults will enjoy too! And there are playgrounds for small children.

Hi, My 10 year old son and I just got back to Los Angeles from a 3 day trip to Great Adventure and Hurricane Harbor. I was so happy with our experience that I had to write a review. Both the park and the water park were super clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The safari park... More
