Grounds for Sculpture has so much to offer regardless of your age. The exhibits are very well maintained and situated throughout a beautiful series of paths and trails. There are plenty of places to take a break along the way including benches, swings, and a few restaurants / cafes. The sculptures were beautiful and each one came with and explanation... More

This is one of the most amazing museum and botanical garden sights in the USA. You cannot miss this extraordinary gift. Stroll through beautiful, mystical and open field gardens. Feel the cover of growing trellis shrouds and tree archways as you walk under them. Explore and find astonishingly interesting, sensuous sculptures appealing to your eyes, mind, pleasure and all in... More

We have been going to Grounds for Sculpture for years. It keeps evolving--originally some tableaux (three-dimensional sculptures embodying original paintings), it's continued to include more features for children; more pop culture references; and some really interesting, whimsical exhibits. Well worth a visit.

Huge park with lots of sculptures and little hidden places to discover. We loved seeing life size recreations of famous paintings. Great place for kids to run around and feel free to touch the art work. But be a responsible visitor, not everything is child friendly and touchable. There's a restaurant and cafe on the grounds which are kind of... More

Imagine a lovely park with all sorts of beautiful, challenging, thought provoking art pieces. Now add a world class restaurant. What you end up with is Grounds for Sculpture. Easy to find, it's right off I295, and you'll know the exit as there are large sculpture pieces at the exit.

Bring your camera, extra batteries, and be prepared to spend several hours here. The sculptures look very realistic and are fun to pose with. They are all different and interesting enough that we walked around to see all of them. The grounds are big so bring comfortable walking shoes. The sculptures vary and include everyday people / situations, famous movies,... More

This 25 plus acres are filled with large a scale sculptures. The setting is a lush beautifully landscaped area with specimen trees in Central New Jersey. Wear comfortable shoes because you will need to walk the gardens to see the art. Large pavilions have rotating art installations, air conditioning and rest rooms.
