I love visiting this zoo. Not too big but very clean and a variety of animals. Some animals are handicapped, abused, rescued, or abandoned, You see how animals need and depend on humans to help them. The staff at the zoo and the kennels are the animals voices. If you are looking for a pet check them out. Sooo many... More

We brought donations of dog food and sleeping mats to the zoo and decided to take a tour. We've been several times over the past years but it's been a long time since we toured the compound. What we saw were healthy, happy animals living in spacious areas designed to simulate their natural habitats. Toys and even a swimming pool... More

This is a perfect zoo for kids. Nice variety of animals such as lions, tigers and bears, oh my. Also, pigs, goats, sheep and plenty of peacocks. Takes about an hour to hour and a half. Buy some popcorn to feed them. It's fun

It is a great place to take the kids for local entertainment. If you have company with little children it would be fun for them. Not exactly where I would go otherwise.

This zoo is affiliated with the humane society that is right next door. They take in abused or neglected animals and give them sanctuary for life. It is an excellent place to go to enjoy the beautiful animals while supporting a good cause. We have 3 young children and I know that each time they go (we go about 2-3... More

This is a little known zoo that can be seen well within an hour or two depending on your party size and age. The grounds are not paved so bring sneakers and water! Popcorn is sold to feed the majority of the animals and it's fun!

The animals are happy! You can feed all sorts of critters (deer, monkeys, goats, sheet, ponies, etc) - just don't forget to buy popcorn after purchasing your tickets. Very stroller friendly.
