I was with 3 other adults and we enjoyed walking around the zoo just as much as the children we saw. Open all year long, with no cost- but donations recommended. Beautiful grounds, very open and peaceful.
A small but well organized zoo. Fun for the kids and low cost,. Also close by in a railroad just right for a family ride
Every summer we come down, we visit the Zoo. It's so wonderful to see all the improvements they are constantly doing. The zoo is immaculate. I can not believe that it's free! You can jog the nature trail, have a picnic lunch, or just enjoy the playground. A beautiful facility.

As the title says, the zoo is free and you really can't beat that! They do ask for donations when you enter, and have numerous locations throughout the zoo where you can also donate. But if you don't want to, you honestly don't have to.

This is a lovely little zoo for any age! The animals comfort seem to be top priority here. It's clean, quiet and relaxing outing for any age. I never forget to leave a donation in the donation box. Every little bit helps!
The zoo is supported by donations so it can be a real afforable place for the family. My husband and I were amazed at how large the zoo was and how well it was maintained. Dont miss out on this hidden gem! They had baby snow leopards when we were there and those cubs put on quite a show.
