The Cape May Zoo is definitely a top 10 zoo and compares favorably to some of the most notable zoos in the country. Both the adults and the kids really enjoyed the zoo visit and it provided a quite and cool change from the beach. The pathways are shaded by large trees and the the zoo is well maintained. Always an amazing time at the zoo... Wide variety of animals all well cared for. New exhibits are also being worked on right now to give visitors and animals alike the best. Always where we want to spend our time on days off, year round.

Cape May Zoo is a very fun place to visit. Another nice thing is most of the path are under trees so most of the area you walk in is shade.

We recently spent a few hours at the zoo and really enjoyed ourselves. Very well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. Not to mention a wide variety of animals.

Tigers. Zebra. Bison. You name it --- the animal is at the Cape May Zoo. We enjoyed watching the animals and unique habitats and seeing the excitement on the faces of our friend's daughters. Young and old will enjoy this zoo. It's a true find!!!

This little zoo was just amazing. Very well-landscaped and very clean, with attractive animal enclosures that feel organic. Quite a good selection of animals to see, including a reptile house and aviary. The animal enclosures were good-sized (the leopard enclosure is being enlarged and the Savannah area is already huge), which does mean a lot of walking in order to... More

I have been coming here for more than 20 years and it is one of the best things to do when visiting the Cape May-Wildwood area. The zoo is amazingly well kept and the animal enclosures are laid out very nicely. The highlight on this trip was the baby giraffe born just a couple of months ago! Bring a picnic... More

The skies were cloudy today so instead of heading to the beach while on vacation at OC we went to the Cape May Zoo. The zoo was well maintained and beautifully laid out. I have been to Animal Kingdom many times (and love it) and thought the Disney park designers could gather ideas from the Cape May Zoo designers -... More
