You will be pleasantly surprised . This zoo has wide open spaces where the animals roam free. Expect to stay for a while because there is so much to see. You will enjoy. There is no admittance fee, but a donation is appreciated.

I've been to many zoos and I have to say by far this zoo was number one... Second we had such a great time all the animals were out. Truly amazing how well kept and happy animals, they were, the whole place was very clean. Very good time. Went twice already. Will be back again. Grandchildren loved it.

This is by far one of the best zoos we have ever been to and it's FREE. They ask for a donation when you drive in and believe me if you only give a dollar on the way in you will be giving more when you leave because of how impressed you are with it. The zoo is run completely... More

The cape may zoo is donation only. So if you are a family of five you can pay what is comfortable for you back your own lunch and have a great affordable afternoon. The best part is the cape may zoo is not some road side zoo where you feel bad for the animals it's no different then the Philly... More

This is a wonderful zoo (and I speak from experience!). First of all it is FREE! You can make a donation as you drive in but it is optional. Visited for the first time in fall 2015 with three pre-teens and my cousin. There is a wide variety of animals including giraffes running freely in a large area. A wooden... More

This zoo is amazing. They operate only on donations. Parking is free! Entrace to the park is FREE! The zoo is very clean. The animals can run freely and not cooped up in small cages. Got very lucky the weather was beautiful on New Years Eve so we were able to see a lot of animals.

I wasn't really expecting much from a free zoo, but was pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of animals, and many of the habitats were very open with boardwalks through them which was nice. We saw everything but the giraffes which must have been inside out of the cold at the time we came by. I mainly felt sorry for... More

Went to the zoo on a cold day in December 2015. The zoo is cute and filled with all kinds of neat animals. Good fun for any one who loves animals. 1. it was free, 2. it was not crowed. 3. You can take it at your own pace. 4. Don't miss the giraffes or snow leopards. Please keep it... More
