There is no admission but they do ask for a donation. From the moment, you pull in all of the workers are pleasant and welcoming. There is a nice variety of animals. The zoo is not huge but nicely spaced out. It is kept up very nicely. It's a great place to visit!

The Cape May Zoo is a wonderful place to visit. The admission is free, but they do ask for donations, which is a real bargain. It has been years since we have been there. There are playgrounds for the kids to play outside the park. Our children are all grown up, and we really enjoyed it.

I cannot rave enough about this wonderful place. It is set in a beautiful park setting with plenty of space and playgrounds for the kids even before you get to the zoo itself. It is also great for those without children as there is so much to see and the walk around the zoo itself is charming. It isn't huge... More

The Cape May Zoo is one of our favorite places to visit in Cape May. The fact that it is still free admission is amazing. We went this weekend and even though a lot of the animals were still in their winter houses it was a great way to spend an afternoon. Highly recommended for the whole family.

We were impressed with the up keep of the facilities & the variety of animals. Very family friendly. Only thing to watch out for is the limited number of bathrooms. There is only one set in the park and one outside the zoo.

The cost is a donation, so give what you can afford, but don't be a cheapskate! The zoo is surprising large with a variety of animals.

This small country zoo is jam packed with healthy, colorful, playful and rare animals. What a treat it was to visit this zoo. These animals were all receiving exquisite care and the rare finds such as the large snowy owl at the entrance were a nice surprise. Cape May's bird collection included many of my favorites and a couple of... More

Visiting a zoo can be a lot of fun. It can also be quite exhausting if the zoo is large. The Cape May zoo is a smaller zoo, but has plenty to see and is very well maintained. The 1st pleasant surprise upon arriving at the zoo is that entry is by donation only. We drive to the park from... More

This is a small zoo, but they have plenty of animals to keep you busy. The zoo seems to be very well kept and the animals all seem to be in good condition. Very good assortment of animals.

It's free. If you don't love this place for the nature trails & seeing the bald eagles maybe you don't need to go. We were here on a cold Feb. day & most of the animals came out to sun themselves. The reptile building is amazing too. We can't wait to return when winter is over to enjoy the park... More
