I have now visited this winery twice with my boyfriend and we had a fabulous time. The wine tasting and tour is extremely informative for novice wine drinkers and the tour itself is beautiful. Very friendly staff must stay for a drink!

My husband and I just returned from vacationing in Cape May. One of the highlights of our visit was the tour of the Cape May Winery. Gerry did a terrific job teaching us about the process of making wine... from picking the grapes off the vine to tasting the final product (which was delicious)! We learned so much in a... More

This is my 3rd year in a row going to Grill night and each year it gets better. So relaxing and the building and grounds are gorgeous. Pinot Grigio is fantastic too!

The tour is well done. You start in a nice sitting room where your guide starts the tour with your first taste of wine, then you move into the vineyard, storage rooms and bottling area, tasting more wines as you go. After the tour, their patio is wonderful to relax with a bottle of wine and a picnic.

I had a Groupon for the tour so we went at 3PM after we had had enough of the beach for the day. The tour lasts an hour and a half and you get to taste around 8 different wines during the course of a very informative tour. The vineyard is quite pretty and our guide, Gerry, was very knowledgeable... More

We attended their weekly Grill Night which is held on Wednesday's. You need to book early because it fills up quickly. It was a wonderful evening. Seating is on the patio next to the vinyard. Dinner is served by the Washington Inn. This is a fixed menu. We were there for steak night which was delicious. The shrimp & lobster... More

Beautiful & relaxing setting to sit back & enjoy a good glass of wine. I believe tastings are $6, but you get a very nice Cape May Winery glass to take home after you get 6 tastings. The wine is very good, both red & white (although we didn't taste any of the sweet wine). Indoor seating is available, but... More

On a rainy day we gladly took time from the beach to visit this lovely vineyard in Cape May. The reception area person was welcoming and pleasant and our tasting experience was a fun learning experience. The staff member was knowledgeable and provided helpful info on the individual wines and the history of the family who originally started up the... More

My family and I decided to take a day trip down to Cape May for the Winery tour. If you are looking to get a little education about what you drink, buy the livingsocial or groupon deal for the tour. It only comes to $10 dollars a person. We tasted about 8 wines that were very good. Following the tour,... More
