My wife and I truly enjoyed the tour of all the beautiful homes in Cape May, NJ. The old Trolley was fun to ride and the person explaining everything was just great. Well recommended for anyone of any age.

There is a 50cents off coupon in the 'Week in Cape May' booklet. There are different types of tours at specific times during the day. You can obtain your tickets at the kiosk at the pedestrian mall or at the gift shop at the Emlen Physick Estate. Pick up is across from the kiosk - be there at least 10... More

We took the 2:15pm mansion on the seaside tour. Very informative and interesting. Beautiful homes and some history of their owners.

On our first full day in Cape May, we took the trolly tour of this town's charming historic district. It was wonderful to learn about the development of this seaside resort, and also to have the history and ownership of many of the homes explained. The guide also was very knowledgeable about the various styles of Victorian architecture. We paired... More

the tour last 45mins. tops. it's enjoyable and not expensive, $12/pp. the tour guide is knowledgeable and they have a safe, accommodating driver. if you want to save a little, they have a coupon on the web, 0.50cents pp. up to 4 people. i didn't bother printing it (it's just 2 of us). great way to see those victorian houses

The Historic District Trolley Tour is the best way to see Cape May's Victorians and learn about architectural styles and Cape May history. You can also package it with a tour of the Emlen Physick Estate (and save $4 on the ticket!) for an overall introduction to the Victorian era. Thank you for stopping by. More

Tour guide was very informative and entertaining. The handout brochure with the visual dictionary of architectural styles is a plus and I'm keeping it for future reference.

This was a great way to get around town and take in all the wonderful Victorian architecture. Our guide was so knowledgeable about the details of the houses, I felt I got a lesson in Victorian style. Convenient departure point adjacent to the shopping district. We purchased our tickets as a package with the Lewes/Cape May Ferry ticket. Great value.

You get a really good overview of Cape May and the Victorian era aboard one of MAC's trolleys as it wends it way slowly through town. There are more than 600 buildings from the Victorian era in a variety of styles, some loaded with gingerbread and some not quite so fancy. They tell the story of Cape May's heyday as... More

I find myself doing these tours over and over again. Though many of the tours are versions of the same theme, the tour guides are great and show their passion for Cape May. Don't expect a long tour; only about 45-60 minutes, but always worth the money.

My husband and I went took the gaslight tour on a Sunday night and it was ridiculously short. The tour started at 9p and we were off the trolley by 924p. I was expecting to drive by some of the historic houses in the area and a few of the other landmarks but they only one we went by was... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We'll review it with our staff. The Gaslight Tour, since it takes place in the evening is designed to be more about the history and customs of the Victorian era than the architecture. The daytime trolley tours focus more extensively on Cape May' s architecture. More
