Once upon a time, twenty-something Ryan Krill earned a six-figure salary...

Once upon a time, twenty-something Ryan Krill earned a six-figure salary working in finance and real estate development in Manhattan, while his college roommate, Chris Henke, designed satellites. During a summer weekend at the Jersey shore, they brewed a batch of beer with Ryan's dad that wasn't half bad. "Should we open a brewery?" Ryan asked, only half-serious. But, by the following year, the three guys had secured a space at Cape May Airport where they concocted a makeshift brew system and honed their beer-making skills. They opened their doors in 2011 and started with one client. Today, there are over 300 accounts in Jersey and Pennsylvania proudly serving the guys' award-winning recipes. And CMBC's fearless leaders have never looked back.

Great beer and nice little self - guided tour before grabbing a pint. It was pretty busy when we arrived, and there was a constant line for refills / growler fills. The line seemed to move relatively quick. Staff was nice and knowledgeable of the beers offered. Purchased a t-shirt as well. Would definitely go back again.

I love breweries because of good beer and good service. This brewery has fantastic beer and a terrible staff. I have been here 3 times and the experience just keeps getting worse. 1st was July and super busy, never got a beer and walked out, but tried for 30 mins, before leaving. 2nd time I went with my husband, we... Thank you so much for your review Christina. We know our beertenders are very busy -- changing kegs, filling growlers, educating customers, and executing tours -- but we never want any of that to happen at the expense of a guest's experience. We've addressed all of your points with the tasting room staff. Chatting about weekend plans while serving a... More

We were lucky enough to get seats outside at this fun little brewery located at the Cape may airport. Due to its growing popularity it is difficult to get into especially on a non beach day in the summer. Food is not served but I did notice that people brought their own snacks which is a good idea. The beer... More

I was always a Miller Light / Domestic beer drinker. Did not really drink all the IPA's / Micro Brews. This place opened me up to some awesome beers. Start off with a 10 minute tour and then go back into brewery to sample some great crafted beers. They sell by the Pint, Six Packs and refill growlers. Lot of fun... More

Staff was very friendly. I tried 3 of the beers and I liked each one. Cool selection of growlers, glasses etc to take home. The atmosphere is so so, felt like I was in an airplane hanger.

Place was packed on a weekend, out of season. Not really easy to find, but once you're there they have a nice space with 2 different bars and a bunch of different beers to try. The Bog beer was good.

So, we went here expecting a tour, only to find out they encourage the self guided "tour" to visitors of the brewery. The "tour" consists of entering a room located behind the bar which is filled with the merchandise to be purchased if you so desire (t-shirts, hats, drinking glasses, etc). You get a small view of the brewing equipment... More

This is a small tasting bar. Very friendly and vell appointed with local memorabilia. What was surprising , is that for a fairly new place ( about 5 years old) - the selection and quality of beer is FANTASTIC!!! Basically, we were trying to choose between really good and very best for our taste. There were no beer that I... More

A small detour in our travels in New Jersey. My husband and I are small-town brewing enthusiasts. We were pleasantly surprised and the great selection and friendliness of this local brewery. A very simple building with not much in the way of furniture or tables, however, most patrons seem to hang around the bar. There was even a small little... More
