Description: Once upon a time, twenty-something Ryan Krill earned a six-figure salary...
Once upon a time, twenty-something Ryan Krill earned a six-figure salary working in finance and real estate development in Manhattan, while his college roommate, Chris Henke, designed satellites. During a summer weekend at the Jersey shore, they brewed a batch of beer with Ryan’s dad that wasn’t half bad. “Should we open a brewery?” Ryan asked, only half-serious. But, by the following year, the three guys had secured a space at Cape May Airport where they concocted a makeshift brew system and honed their beer-making skills. In 2011, they started with one client. Today, there are over 300 accounts in Jersey and Pennsylvania proudly serving the guys’ award-winning recipes. And CMBC’s fearless leaders have never looked back.

The tour is a small, quick one but the tasting room is really cool. It's a little tucked away in an industrial building but it was a cool atmosphere with great bartenders. The Bog, a cranberry shandy was my favorite. The Coastal Evacuation was good too. They make their own root beer that I highly recommend. The tasting is a... More

Nice place, good beer, I like that you can do samples of the beer and get a souvenir glass as well. No food served, so BYOFood.

The staff are very welcoming and they have many different kinds of beer. There is indoor and outdoor seating. We thought we should come right at the times listed for the tour. However, you can take the self-guided tour at any time. The self guided tour is disappointing, its more like an exhibit of the process. The actual production takes... More

Very good beer! Went on a sunny Saturday thinking it wouldn't be so crowded but the place draws a crowd.. The best part was they give you your glass to take home when you're finished!

Stopped by here on our way home from Cape May. The place was a little crowded and loud but not very uncommon for small brewing companies. I've been to a few other brewing companies and this is not on my top list. The beer was good but trying to even order can become a real hassle. I would come back... More

The Cape May Brewing Company Tap Room is a must visit. There is nice tours with the owners or workers. You can sample a wide range of beer and take some home too. They even have root beer for the kids which I found very nice of them to think about the whole family.

Had a rainy morning in Wildwood and knew this was going to be one of our stops. So glad we went. The place was packed on a weekday. The beer selection was great. Their set up is very different if you have been to other breweries. We can not wait to go back next year when we are on vacation.... More

Continuing our mini vacation in Cape May we were told to hit the brewery. It was fun. Just hampered but all the ridiculous NJ or Cape May County regulations. No food/ no food trucks/few tables/have to take the tour. We have visited other breweries and they have been a blast. Cape May IPA was very good. Other were OK. Not... More

Nice place to visit if you love beer. Take a guided or self-guided tour and sample with souvenir glass for only 10. Decent beer selection with a few stand outs. Try them all :)

I thought the location was kind of odd for a brewing co. Next to a mechanic of some sort and out of the way. When we went in we weren't really sure as to what to do, there weren't any signs posted that you must do the "self guided tour" first before sampling any brews. We bought 2 glasses that... More
