For several years we have subscribed to the Cape May Stage. The plays have run the gamut from new plays, to comedies, to one man plays, and seasonal shows. Almost all of the plays have been very good. We saw Moon over Buffalo it was cute. Roy Goldberg & the staff are pleasant. $35 for equity theater. You can not... More

We had dinner then went to the Cape May Stage. We saw Moon over Buffalo and were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of the actors and the quality of the play. It was opening night and every seat was taken. We had reservations, so no problem. The play was very entertaining, funny, and well worth attending. It was a wonderful... More

Saw the play "The First 50 Years." OK, but left something to be desired. The "theater" is in a church, which was OK, but seating is on pews with a seat pad. Would we recommend this play? No.

My husband and I had a wonderful evening at the theater last week watching a performance of "The Mountaintop." Excellent performance and lovely theater. We heartily recommend it.

the acting, the shows, the sets - I'm still amazed to find all of this in such a small quaint local theatre. Been to 3 shows now, 2 last year and the first one of this year and the experience is beyond expectations. Thanks Cape May Stage.

Have been to this theater twice in the past two summers. The plays were both comedies and they were hysterical. The theater gets professional actors from NYC and other hot beds of talent. Can't remember the names of the plays but do remember the stories. One was about two couples who meet because their respective children got into an altercation... More

We have loved the loved theater ever since we came down years ago! The quality is always top notch! The theater is air conditioned and the new stadium seating is very comfortable.

Wonderful acting space! Great one-man show! Hospitable and friendly staff. No seat in this place is bad. What a wonderful alternative to shopping and beach-going.

The Robert Shackleford Theater may be small, but that makes it a great place to see a small scale production. Marley's Carol was a one man show and the actor was stupendous. Without costumes, he made us feel that he actually was each of the charactoers he played. And the production values (lighting, sound, staging) were first rate. We had... More
