We are a horse-drawn carriage company. We provide guided tours through Historic district of Cape May.We would like to fully explain why we do not accept credit cards. We are located at the corner of Ocean and Washington St. we have a small unprotected mobile table that has no power,no phone and no protection from the weather. We cannot get a phone jack which is needed to take credit cards because we do not have a store front.Cape May is an island with terrible satellite and cell reception therefore the mobile credit card devices also do not help us.There are other very expensive mobile devices that are weather sensitive and do to the fact that we have no protection from the elements ,that is not an option either. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to some .There is an ATM located directly behind where we are parked. We hope that you enjoy the horse and carriages and the joy, and beauty they bring to the hundreds of people who ride each year.

If you want a nice, leisurely tour of the historic district of Cape May without having to walk take a carriage ride. Guides are well versed in the history and make it interesting.

Perfect way to end Fathers Day. Affordable price, minimum wait and enjoyable ride. Very informative and relaxing. Cape May history is quite intriguing. Diesel was a very gentle horse. Must do while visiting Cape May.

We always do a carriage ride while on vacation to the Cape May area. Your driver talks about the history of Cape May and all the different Victorian houses while on your half hour tour. It is very interesting. It is 50 dollars for two people with each additional person being 10 dollars. A little pricey, but well worth it.... More

I used the Cape May Carriage Co. for a private carriage ride into Sunset beach to propose to my girlfriend. It was a surprise and it could of not turned out better. The lady driver was fabulous, carriages are beautiful, and our horse "Starlight" was gorgeous. The staff was a pleasure to deal with. Highly Recomended!

Our horse was Gizmo and our guide was Ashley. This was a real treat. Ashley gave a the choice of hearing the history or just enjoying the ride. We chose the history, and there were some really unusual scenarios she told us about. We are animal lovers, and the horses are no exception. We learned a great deal about their... More

The people knew all information about the town which was a very nice treat. I am looking forward to going back and riding in the Cinderella Carriage.

We hired the company to take our guests on carriage rides during the wedding reception. The drivers were great. Our guests loved this added touch to the event.
