Established in 1998, Turdo Vineyards is now in its 10th vintage. A family owned and run operation, Turdo Vineyards is known for producing award winning, premium hand-crafted wines. Including italian varietals such as Sangiovese, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and its signature wine, Nero D'Avola. All the fruit used is 100% estate grown, with the main focus being quality, not quantity. Owner and Master Winemaker, Salvatore Turdo's passion and commitment, has established Turdo Vineyards as New Jersey's most distinct vineyard & winery. We look forward to seeing you soon.

A must visit place in Cape May if you are a lover of excellent wines! These people are passionate about their products and so welcoming. As others say, don't be scared off by parking across the street. There were only 5 wines available for the 5 wine tasting at $5, but each was wonderful! If you can only go to... More

We have visited this winery several times. If you are a lover of Italian wines, as we are, don't miss this place. You will never forget it.

A true family run winery...this is a must if you are on the winery tour. It is not as large as some of the others, but the wines are superb! My favorite red is named PERSARA. This is usually our first stop when winery shopping...don't miss it!

Everyone rushes off to Cape May Winery because it is the most well known but tiny little Turdo Winery has the best wines, BY FAR. The whites are dry when they should be sweet when they should be. The reds are outstanding. We bought a case and sat on their little side patio to enjoy a glass with a snack... More

We stopped in to do a tasting at Turdo Vineyards and Winery early on August 5. This business is family run and the owner's son, Luca, helped us with our tasting. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful by explaining the wines. The tastings ($5 and $2 more if you want the glass) were great, so we bought several bottles... More

My friend and I visited Turdo late on a Friday afternoon. From the moment you enter the private gate and stroll the short driveway to the tasting room, covered pergola and vineyard, you realize you aren't in Kansas anymore but transported to a small vineyard in Italy. The owners/wine makers, Sal, Sara and Luca are so welcoming. It is obvious... More

On a hot day, a sip of wine under the covered pergola is heavenly. It transports you to Italy. The reds are much bolder than their fellow Cape May Vineyards. With beer there are hop heads, for wine we look for tannic bombs. Turdo delivers. Enjoy.

A smaller winery that has dry wines. Small tasting room. Parking a little strange along the road. Loved the wines.

Visited today with 3 couples stopping at 4 local wineries. The tasting room is small as its nestled in the back yard their home. Wines were on the dry side and their selection is limited for this small winery. Nice people and worth stopping in.
