My husband and I have been forutnate enough to have met Sal and Sara (the owners) about 5 years ago through my father in law who works with Sal up in north Jersey. It has been a very special place to us to visit every year when my family vacations in Wildwood Crest just over the bridge from Cape May.... More

We have visited Turdo Vineyards three times in our trips to AC. Everytime the wines and the people were excellent. They have mostly dry wines but they are all very very well done. If you like wine this is a must stop! It is family run and the son is starting his own label.

Visited as part of a day tasting wine at several Cape May wineries. The white wines were drinkable and the red wines were weak and harsh with a faint medicinal nose. Small tasting room staffed by pleasant, some what bored staff who recited the script well but really didn't seem to care if we made a purchase or not. Nice... More

I live down the street from this place and one day my neighbor and I went to a wine tasting there. We were very disappointed. Wine was lousy. Cape May Vineyard is much better.

This winery is truly one of Cape May's best kept secrets. Their wine (every bottle) is outstanding! For $5 you get to taste five wines - the glass is your's to keep which comes in handy if you have brought a sandwich with you and buy a bottle of your wine of choice and eat outside under the awning. The... More

The name got us to go by. It is a small, modest operation with wines that are OK but nothing spectacular. And, they don't use Turdo as the name of their wine. These are very nice people and I'm ashamed I am a little immature about the name.

Don't be put off by the parking....this place is worth it for the great wines (and very reasonable bottle prices). As others have said, the wines aren't sweet, which was a plus for us.

Get away from all the "touristy" things to do in Cape May and treat yourself to a visit to the Turdo Vineyards and Winery. This small winery is owned and run by Sal and his wife Sara. They grow all their grapes on their Cape May property, including one grape that normally can only be found in Sicily, their homeland.... More

They have a nice selection of Italian grape wines. Small vineyard so they were sold out a several reds but that is good for them. Our wine server was very nice and knowledgeable for one so young and beauttiful. If you are in Cape May this is a wonderful stop, I would reccomend it.
