The Street Mall is a very enjoyable time. I have been here several times. The great things about the Washington Street Mall is that it's easily walkable, for it's entire length, and it's a few blocks in from the beach. So it co-anchors walking in and around Cape May the way two large department stores do in a mall. It was really shut down in February though. More

The Washington Street Mall has many shops and dining. It is quaint and close to B & B's and hotels. The Washington Street Mall is THE place to visit if you like shopping and eating! We walked there from our hotel several times during our week there. It is so great to walk the mall late evening. There is such a feeling of community, even though you are among strangers. Granted it was New Years weekend. But there were so many hello's and Happy New Year to you that it was like being amoung friends and family. I LOVE Washington Mall!!! More

This place is adorable! In the summer, it is nice to stroll and people watch but in the winter it is the best spot to Christmas shop for unique gifts. Hey it's true. Guys, take your lady here for a nice walk, & check out the wide variety of quaint shops. Quality & more quality here. Not a junky, tourist trap.
