My husband and I went on a 4th of July whale and dolphin cruise. We went on a morning cruise which offered the free coffee and danishes (we really enjoyed that!) The weather wasn't that great, it was cloudy and the water was EXTREMELY choppy. Many people on the boat were getting sick so I suggest if you get sea... More

There were plenty of dolphins and the cruise wasn't bad, except for the rude staff. I have two young children and wished someone gave us some guidance on where to sit so they could have a better experience. Two hours was a long time for the little ones, and it was a lifetime for me and my husband dealing with... More

Jennifer F, We are sorry to hear you had a poor experience aboard the Cape May Whale Watcher. The majority of our customers have a positive experience while aboard our vessel. We are happy to hear you had a good cruise and saw plenty of dolphins. We are sorry that you think two hours is too long for children under... More

Awesome day. Saw dolphins and whales. The staff was great, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole trip was great. I would definitely go again

I was driving up from NYC for the 6:30 pm dolphin watching trip. Called a few times to let the Captain know that I may be there a few minutes late per my GPS. I did not give up and carried on driving to the Ferry dock to perhaps say goodbye to the leaving cruise of the day. As I... More

We had a wonderful time on the sunset cruise. The boat was very comfortable and although was very full we were still able to move about and get some great views. We encountered many pods of dolphins and Captain Jeff let us know where to expect sightings. The sunset was absolutely beautiful as we came upon the Cape May Lighthouse.... More

This was the highlight of my cape may visit- didn't expect to see whales, which we didn't- but there were abundant schools of dolphins in the distant- captain even Pointed out where and when individual Dolphins were in the vicinity of the boat. Maybe we were lucky but the sunset was magical as the sky changed hues of orange to... More

The boat ride was pleasant but we only saw one cluster of dolphins and we were pretty far from them. I envisioned seeing them pop up randomly as we rode the boat. There were quite a few in one cluster. It took a long while for us to finally find the ONE whale in the area and then we were... More

Mom-of-a-clan, Thank you for taking the time to review Cape May Whale Watcher. We are sorry to hear that whale watching did not meet your expectations. Humpback whales are an endangered species. they are protected by both the Marine Mammal Protection Act and the Endangered Species Act. The rules are the Northeast Whale Watching Guidelines which are enforced by NOAA... More

Absolutely amazing! We saw A LOTif dolphins and a Humpback Whale... Unfortunately I'm too slow with the camera! I wish there were more well-behaved children in the world, because I feel like the only negative of the whole trip was due to poor parenting. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!

While ordering tickets online I mistakenly clicked to submit payment before typing in the coupon code (which is plastered on tons of flyers in all surrounding areas). I immediately called them to fix the problem but they would hear none of it. They REFUSED to budge in crediting us the money, wouldn't delete the order so I could redo it... More

I read all the reviews and almost did not purchase tickets as I read that rarely are whales spotted. Decided to take my chances and bought 2 tickets. So glad we did - what a great time . we spotted several school of dolphins and watched a whale for over 60 mins -surfacing/diving - tail wacks and spouts !! What... More
