We visited Sunset Beach during our stay in Cape May. The beach is very nice and parking is steps from the sand. We unfortunately did not get to see the flag ceremony or the evening we visited the clouds rolled in so not sunset either. What a surprise to find out about the Cape May "Diamonds" which can be found in the sands of Sunset Beach. The diamonds are actually sparkling clear stones - but they do sparkle compared to the other pretty and ocean smoothed stones found here. More

Going to the Point since 1960. Ship is sinking slowly. Cape May diamonds is a visitors "must do"...collect and make jewelry. The little shops has finished jewelry and tumbler to make your own. Stay for the Sunset! More

A MUST GO!!!! This famous brach is home to the famous half sunken ship,very cool to see!! The World War two look out tower! Also it's sandy coastline where you can find tons of "Cape May Diamonds"!!
