Located near the yacht club on a very quiet road here's a chance to learn about the local fauna. Their staff was very friendly and quick to give children a small guided tour of the animals housed on the second floor (turtles, tarantula, snakes). They even had alittle feeding for the Box Turtle for the kids. My husband and I... More

Located on Cape May Harbor, across from the Corinthian Yacht Club, the Nature Center is well worth a visit, especially if you are with your children. Great staff...full of information and quite entertaining. Enjoy!

Unable to climb the stairs that would have given a better view of the area. Place was much smaller than expected.

A nature center area with bathrooms and some signs to tell you about the birds you will see. (also the lighthouse is there and the beach) Some short boardwalk walks and some long walks too. The beach is just over the sand hill and you can wander around as much as you want. Bring a picnic lunch (also tables and... More

If you are into nature or love wildlife and birding, you will enjoy this store. They feed birds just outside the windows, so it is a lovely nature viewing place to visit as well. It is small, but a very nice store.

This is our first stop when we arrive in Cape May. It is always fun to browse through the shop and talk with the people working there. They are very knowledgeable about the birds that migrate through Cape May and always let us know about recent sightings.

Loved taking the paths through the marshlands. It was wonderful to be able to see the birds in their natural habitat. Even in winter there are a lot of birds to see.

Great knowledgeable staff that really cares about learning. I have been many times - my kids love to pull the seine net. Its a nice place to relax and let the kids work at crafts and fun learning activities. Highly recommended.

It is a nice little nature center near the harbor of Cape May. It is inviting to families with a "touch area," books, and a viewing area on the rooftop. The center also has activities and events for the public.
