The arena is very much like Saratoga Concert Hall, with a covered section and the open lawn area. Fortunately, we were underneath the cover, but the poor people on the lawn were soaked with the torrential downpours. They didn't seem to mind, but I could only imagine standing on a grassy, wet hill, trying to keep from sliding down the... More

Open seating, nice ambience. Great for concerts. I also liked how the areas nearby seem to be coming back, with govt investing in redevelopment. Seating is reasonably comfortable, the seating arrangement gives reasonable personal space! We will definitely come back!

This is the only concert venue I've been to where I've witnessed and experienced constant enforcement of a no video policy. Even when the performers where encouraging the use of our phones, and a few lucky fans welcomed onstage obviously filming from the stage, those in the Pit where constantly told to stop filming under threat. This venue will not... More

We have been here twice for day long concerts, and both times have been very enjoyable. Great place to catch a show. Would go back again. Seating Several different seating options available. Both times we purchased seats under the covered pavilion and they were worth the money. Not every seat will have the best view, but the sound is great... More

I have been to this place numerous times through the years. Never a disappointment. Overall, very safe for a bad city. Parking is expensive. Always. But always a good time.

This is one of only a few venues in the area for big name performers. Unfortunately, unless the artist has a big screen of their own, the house screens are pathetically small and low quality. Grass area is nice, except when the weather is less than good or when drunks are treading on your blanket. Parking in the neighboring area... More

Well lets off by saying that I have been here many times before and I recommend only buying PIT tickets. I couldn't imagine squeezing into those rows. Pay the extra money if you can and have personal space. Parking 25 bucks in the parking garage.. It is what it is. I'm coming from Lehigh valley so its tolls and parking... More

The concert was good but that was about it. Unless a great act comes through there again, we wont be going back. They charged 30.00 to park our car. The parking lot is a nightmare. No one controls the traffic. its a fight to get out. Next, we stand in line at the door for 2.5 hours. We were in... More

I have been here a few times to see various artists and each time I tell myself I'm not coming back, this time I mean it. My husband and I went to see Lionel Ritchie and had pretty good seats, we could have seen the stage clearly had it not been for the numerous people that decided to stand in... More

Seen plenty of shows here. The arena itself is nice, but as is too common, food and parking prices are quite high. Which is why I only go once or twice a year. The seating is fine, bathrooms are adequate. Ushers were friendly and helpful.
