I went here as part of a three family outing (6 kids ages 2-6). We all had a very nice time. The new hippo enclosure is great and allows everyone, short or tall, to really get up close with these great animals. Overall everything is well presented and very interactive, which keeps the kids attention. I recommend going outside of... More

I've been here several times, and there really are alot of things to see and do. It is too expensive in my opinion and can get very crowded. If you purchase beforehand it will go quicker getting in, because sometimes I've seen long long lines for tickets. It's ashame how pricy it is though because it really is a neat... More

Not an ordinary aquarium. The Themeing was fantastic and kept you interested in all the exhibits. There is a huge tank with all kinds of sea life in it which is incredible. We got great pictures. And a good time was had by both adults and children. We will be back.

First, this is a really nice aquarium and the staff was very nice. There is a ton to see and the exhibits look really nice. Unfortunately for us it was just too crowded to enjoy. It cost over $50 for two people and it really only takes 1-2 hours to see everything. Plus we had to pay an extra $10... More

I went on a day when it was 3 degrees out, so overcrowding wasn't an issue. All of the exhibit were open. Hippos and sharks were very lively and interesting. Two stations too touch stingrays, lobsters and starfish. My kids had a blast. Well worth the price for half a days entertainment and 10 minutes away from philly.

The aquarium was so overcrowded you could not walk, much less see any of the animals, and they continued to sell tickets. Staff was so incredibly rude to us in the parking lot not telling us what was going on as they allowed 10 cars to go before us and made us sit and wait for 10 minutes, and then... More

We've been to Boston Aquarium, Mystic aquarium, Sea World, and National Aquarium. Today we went to the Adventure Aquarium and we really pleased. There many touch tanks and a great variety of species. We were there on a cold, cold day so outdoor exhibits weren't open, but while this was tied for number one today, I think with the additional... More

I've been to a lot of aquariums, and most are the same - some fancier than most, some with more animals than most, but the Adventure Aquarium really stands out in providing unique experiences for children to learn about and interact with the animals. There are an impressive number of hand-on experiences, such as sting-ray feedings and about five touch... More

We visit the aquarium a few times a year and my 3 year old son has a blast each time! The New Years Eve event was unique and fun and something we could share with our child. The pricing I think is something that should be revisited but throughout the year, special deals are given to get tickets for 415... More
