Interesting collection of shops which are generally aimed at tourists thought the heavy presence of fishing boats lends a very interesting atmosphere.

Nice little shops near our motel. We enjoyed a little stroll and fresh cup of coffee. Never even knew these shops were here.

Visited after Labor Day. There were a few shops that were open. Not too interesting, however, may be more active in the summer. How ya Brewin was a good place to have a coffee or sit on the porch with an ice cream

Great finds at this place. I have only been a handful of times but I always fond a few things that i consider hidden gems. Tucked away on bay side Viking Village provides not only great shops but great views as well.

Viking Village has a seafood restaurant, a coffee house, an ice cream stand, an excellent seafood market, a produce stand and several cute gift and clothing stores along the bay where the fishing trawlers dock. Plenty of parking and a nice place to visit, eat, browse and buy.

So glad we did; walked around with our dog and did some great shopping without having to drive to the southern end of the island where there is more traffic and we would have to go further from where we stayed. Got some great things for our... More

On the way to the northern tip of Long Beach Island sits this compact "village." It's quite fun to check out the fishing boats and small shops there as you stroll around, and there are a couple of places to eat as well. It doesn't take too long to visit the whole area. You could do it in an hour,... More
